Well, I don't think that's really necessary *IF* you're just trying to farm Golden Eggs. The upper limit of step gain is 50steps/s, which means, no matter how fast you are, it's still 50steps/s. But if you're talking about how fast you obtain XP orbs and rings, then well yeah, you do get XP orbs and rings slightly faster than usual max speed.

A level below Decent and above Bad. Hmm, I think it is count as Good? It really depends on your situation though, like you just want to farm Golden Eggs, or you want to farm both Golden Eggs and XP&Rings.
