Expanded patio, tree removed, planting pocket near grass. BBQ sized as MontAlpi model sent in link. This gives a less crowded feel to the patio.

Pergola outside kitchen area, reduced hardscape, grass / grass alternative area for beach towels, other games, trampoline area. Can pull polywood chairs onto the grass when seating desired.

Eliminated urn fountain and added wall fountain to planter against MBR. Showing one tree in 'winter deciduous' form so you can see through to the design. Added sand set flagstone patio behind orange tree, leaving small planter for vines along fences. Move garbage cans to small fence area in front of 6' fence. Add tree in front yard for some height and shade by this patio.
