Yvette took my application twice. However, my ID wasn't processed at all. My application wasn’t taken as seriously as it could have been. It’s incredibly difficult to get identification when you're already dealing with hardship, and these IDs are critical. I hope that in the future, everyone can experience the same consistent and nonjudgmental support because these details matter more than people may realize. It is important it is for everyone to receive equal treatment.

I enjoyed the video but why do you have music but no words? People are speaking but we can't hear what they are saying.

It's an honor to be able to say that I am a part of the PNS team! It's so gratifying seeing someone, gain employment and go from homelessness to being housed.

I work for the Presbyterian Night Shelter and having UpSpire is a blessing! So many of our guests in the shelter have no transportation. Working for UpSpire transportation isn't required while staying in the shelter. They walk down the street to work and are transported to the job locations. Thank You UpSpire for all you do 🙂

T place is NOT FIT FOR PEOPLE!! severe Bed bug infestation,even threw you spray they never leave. They are in the walls,lockers,vents lights.there everywhere! What's worse maranda does Not show remorse,she does not care that women get eaten up alive in there .The advocates dont care either they all know about the issue. Code enforcement has been called a few times. They come in NOTHING GETS DONE. As in Food and drinks. Hell you can NOT take nothing to drink in there exept unopened water. No cokes No teas NOTHING BUT UN OPEN WATER. and HARD CANDY. NO FOOD! Theres women that have covid in there, The workers dont care they show No sympathy, they tell you stay in that bug infestation room.they dont bring you food or aid you need to heal. That is the worst place. People STILL left and rite. You cant put nothing down or it will be taken. Theres people who need mental help in there, they dont get the help they need and your life is put to the test. Fights breakout left and right. The owner should be ashamed there name is part of that building!!! If they truly care about people in there, they would step up and MAKE CHANGES FOR THE BETTER!!!

I was living at PNS men's shelter from January 2020 until September 2020. True Worth was a blessing to me! I appreciate all that y'all do! I am living in permanent housing and I am grateful for PNS for helping me to get my home! God bless you!

The shelter is infested with bed bugs

Are you all aware that prespertarian night shelter is infested with bed bugs.and unsafe..I was threatened by Miranda twice..to be put out over a few extra clothes then made to exit the building within 5 minutes or be suspended because myself and another resident had a non violent disagreement because she was hot..but I was cool..please investigate this place. Also the food is HORRIBLE

This shelter is infested with bed bugs and nothing is being done about it..Miranda has threatened me twice. Today she told me to get out and nor to return until 6p.m.she then stated if I wasn't out in 5 minutes I would be suspended..I wasn't even allowed to get my well needed medication..this place needs to be investigated..
