Toby, Brooks, Winnie & Winston New Year's day.
Toby boarded for about 2 weeks. He went home last night but came back this morning for Day Care and another day of spoiling. Happy puppy.😊
I just love Toby. What a sweet little guy 😊😊😊
@@Snowboarder16 He is and he gets along with everyone. He teaches the young that it's ok to slow down and the old to get moving. He's even taught a few that needed how to use the ramp.😊
Nice video thank you

I love this video so much.
So sweet and patient for your little Rudy! Giving the little guy a chance to feel his oats outside.
@@toomuchstuff4828 We want our guests to feel independent and learn new things while being protected.
Good boy Rudy ah what a cutie. Little tip maybe add some tennis balls on top of the sticks for other dogs worried about eyes being poked
@Tina-y7y No chance of being poked as only small dogs take the ramps. For larger dogs we rebuilt the steps with only 4" rises and longer treads. So the steps are actually like a ramp for them. Take a look at the videos of how larger dogs go smoothly up and down the steps. Good start of a thought though. I'll work with it. I actually tried to attach a railing on the ramps but couldn't find a glue that works with that plastic. If we run into a larger dog who needs the ramp or dogs in wheelchairs we have a 2nd set of ramps to make the ramp double wide. Thanks for the input. We're always looking for ways to improve our guest's experience.
You were so patient and encouraging. He seemed quite pleased with himself!
@@eh1702 Dogs love to learn and show off; even older dogs.
A houseful of beautiful dogs.

@@Karie-d3b They fill us with smiles as well.😊
The little ramp is perfect for him ❤
@@AryaTheRescueDog In this video you'll see Toby teach Lucy how to use the ramp: th-cam.com/video/Brex4SiwGuc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=OQDBrzCF8gb8DQ1H
@@AryaTheRescueDog We actually rebuilt our deck and stairs (adding 2 steps to lower the rises and extend the treads) to make it more comfortable for all dogs to go up and down, but some dogs (like Toby) need more help. The ramps work very well for Toby and some other dogs. If you find videos of Winnie hitting the ramp it'll give you a laugh. She doesn't need to use the ramp but hits it at 100 mph and uses it as a spring board, landing about 10' out in the yard.🤣
Merry Christmas 🎄 and Happy Holidays, angels… Wishing all of you and your family all the happiness and the best health in the whole universe … love you a lot …
Ah, exploring with new friends in a snowy yard and then treats. The party is off to a good start.

You take such good care of these three lucky babies. Toby reminds me of my older arthritic dog who still wants to be part of the pack…with limits❤

Shouldnt have watched this vid. Last my girl, boy and other girl(cat) a year and change now. Looks like a happy home and happy company.
@@angelparrilla2068 Sometimes crazy but definitely happy. We try to give our guests a fun and exciting adventure. We consider our guests special.
I have a wonderful service dog who is also a Gold English Cocker Spaniel! It should be a working dog rather than a “pet”. They’re always happy when actually working.
@@nuschlerclark895 Absolutely. Plus 'idle paws are the devil's workshop'. Lol. Many adopt pups because they're cute, not considering the traits of their breed. You can work past a dog's beed but you don't want a Chihuahua to guard a herd of sheep nor a Husky to hang out in your Miami condo.
Happy Thanksgiving 🍁
Happy Thanksgiving !!

@@babydookie Definitely 😊
how many times a day does toby poop in the house?
@@BigIndianBindi-jy1cz Rarely if ever. Our guests go out as much and as often as they like.
@@theDogWalker100 interesting.
@@BigIndianBindi-jy1cz when animals are your business you learn to recognize "the look". The biggest problem is males "marking" when they 1st arrive. But again you learn to recognize "the look" and how to deal with it. Can't tell you how many I've stopped as their leg was lifting. Lol. Once they learn that there's a big, clean lawn available they have little desire to go inside. We deal with everything from the very young to the very old. They all get basic training while here.

What a sweet little face. I fell in love with Toby just from his videos
@@Snowboarder16 He has that effect on people.😊
What are you barking at? (Postal vehicle comes down the street)😂
@@scottjtube Bassett hounds are bred to bark whether it's to scare up prey or warn of trespassers, and (like most dogs) if they can see it, smell it or hear it it's in their grounds.😊
How old is Milo? He is really cute and everybody likes Beverly!
I think often Winston barks just to hear himself 🤣😂😂😂😂
@@Snowboarder16 No. He barks to scare up prey or for attention, and he barks a lot and loud. He's bred to be a hunter. Beverly doesn't bark quite as much but louder. She does it for attention because she was bred for herding. It's hard to walk a straight line when she's here cause she tries to herd everyone. When choosing a dominant or pure bred dog it's important to consider the traits of the breed. Not just awe he's so cute.
Oh wow my favorite Beverly is back. I always love things she does. She is so entertaining! Also like how Winston enjoys talking to you
@@Snowboarder16 Beverly barks a little less than Winston &Winnie but she barks louder.
@@theDogWalker100 can tell that Winston has happy barks that he is really enjoying himself. You two have a great relationship
Artimus has a very cute face
Is the cat Boots?
@@Snowboarder16 On the back deck? That would be Smokey, a stray we've been taking care of for several years. Boots never comes out when dogs are here.
@@theDogWalker100 so nice you took Smokey in. I have a 15 year old cat Lucky who thinks she is a dog. She and my fox terrier Sadie are best friends
Does Toby limp because of arthritis or did he hurt himself? He always seems so happy and has a wonderfulnpersonality😅😅😅
@@Snowboarder16 He has a tumor on his chest. It's painful to walk down steps which is why we have the ramp (although other guests use it also). We also added steps and made them longer to be comfortable for all dogs going up or down.
@@theDogWalker100 oh no they can’t remove it? He is such a kind little soul I hope he gets better soon he loves you guys and tail is always wagging
