Pure luck and a little HUD contract lol 😆
He made his money on a fraud HUD contract he could not perform on. Then sold the only thing of value a broken title co. Pure luck lol more power to him 😮
Man your videos truly show it just takes a little creativity and grinding and a win is right there, thanks Glenn!
I want to thank you for this video. I’m so surprised this video has 505 views in Oct 2024. Glenn share so much wisdom for free.

I'm your huge fun from japan❤
I totally agree and ofcorse there lot to learn from it, their ability and confidence however they wouldn’t this much attention and the process would be much hard.
I don't like the lady. She laughed so loud while Glenn's voice is low. Pls keep calm, don't be over excited, I'm listening for every word he said. She suddenly raised her voice so bad. Don't laugh don't talk too loud why other are talking low.
"I've watched almost all the episodes, and I realized that the billionaires on Undercover Billionaire have some clear advantages. For instance, the fact that they always have a camera crew following them wherever they go creates excitement among the people they meet. Being part of a documentary can give people hope and make them more inclined to help. Think about it-if someone approached you with a flashy camera crew, you'd likely feel the buzz and want to be involved. The camera crew definitely provides an edge." "Secondly, this makes it easier for Mr. Glenn to form a team. I've always said that with the right team, you can achieve anything in business and in any business. I'd be surprised if anyone disagrees with that."
I agree with you that they have an edge with the camera team but I think the most important thing here is to understand all the concepts illustrated in the show. it teaches people how to raise money and build a business fast. Doing multiple projects at the same time while raising huge amount of money doing events. Selling the car to get the money for the rent was another genius move from Grant Cardone in my opinion. You can also see the Leadership needed to build an effective team. how to contact the right people to make your project work. Plenty of usefull knowledge shared there for free
and they also have disadvantages in the show that most average salary guy don't have to deal with, like finding a job and paying a full rent and all the basics ressources while building an enterprise. This demonstrates pretty well that you can too build a business of a few millions within a few month or a few years.
That's it , there is nothing real about this reality tv show. These greedy guys still ask to be paid 😢
Somewhat irritating to many interruptions 🤥
Glenn you the man you gave me so much hope In life I was getting tired
I want to be a billionaire one day, i will always learn from you sir
I always look up to you sir, i want to be a billionaire one day
Yes sir
Boss (Manny) you have a lovely Wife. Mike from Japan
Lied about where he was selling the car. He & the car were sittinga about 200 miles from Erie.
The wife is horrible.
That was great 😢
Nice.
To be fair, around the time he was in collage, we didn’t have warm/cold options or colour and white options, just put it in and wait
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Th reason this show isn’t as interesting as most - Mindy diverts … Glenn had substance but Mindy is really annoying and takes away from being a really indepth
💎💪🏻
Got to love the deep sigh after actually getting an offer of 1400 when you literally just got those tires out of a dumpster.
The biggest thing I have learned from Glenn in the show is "persistency "
I LOVE YOU BOSS

Just today I was saying to myself at one point in the early 90's I had everything that the typical American would want to have... The 3 levels big house on the golf course, the biggest Mercedes, 2 Peugeot's and I was only working 4 hours a day... albeit 7 days a week..😮 But the money was coming fast and it left real fast...😮 Simply because I didn't know anything about investing and how to make that money keep flipping itself over and over...😮 So this time around after I got in the crypto in 2017 and started dumping half of my income into it...while living on "rice and beans"...😮 Now, although I don't have ANY of that forever WORTHLESS shit as compared to what I have back then...😮 What I do have is a lot of damn money that's flipping ALL BY ITSELF over and over again UP at a minimum of 4 times to as high as 8 times, SO FAR...🎤💣💥💨🤷🏾♂️
Great conversation, I'm just getting into real estate. Greetings from Poland ;)
I want to just point some things out and make some assumptions (which I acknowledged could be wrong) 1. He probably started off this episode in a fresh bed, had a hot shower and got a breakfast. 2. Why has he been gifted a truck with a tank of gas? Does he not need to earn it? 3. He has a full educational (college level) and was raised in a functioning household. Not everyone has this luxury? 4. He has clean clothes on - appearance is important. 4. There’s a camera everywhere he goes is of course he will be offered hot water and plastic cutlery. 5. Not everyone has a phone with access to WiFi. I understand the point of this video but I can’t help but feel it’s patronising and lack awareness.
yeah, what he owns in the start is like being the average person living in a minimum wage. if he can escape the minimum wage it's possible its just the mindset
Thanks for sharing
Hello Glenn ❤
9:20 those cliches oppress children/adults who were mentally and emotionally abused by their own parents. Financial difficulties are the problem. Child abuse is. Manny had 2 parents who didn't emotionally and mentally abuse him. THAT IS HUGE AND THAT IS HIS SECRET.
