    Hi Mathew, do you have to wear the watch all the time? Is it not uncomfortable when sleeping?

      Unfortunately, yes you do. I hate sleeping with any jewellery on. However what I found is there are some watch bands that can be super comfortable to sleep with. You just get used to it.
