New freud 50t combo blade
มุมมอง 429วันที่ผ่านมา
For years I've used dewalt, diablo, and spyder blades. Today I received my first freud 50t combo blade. I don't have the best table saw but we do everything we can to make our work the best we can. We try to improve our quality everyday. We are a real working ground floor 7 days a week small local woodshop. We are not a social media rich business. We work 10 hours everyday to keep the lights on...

Really like my Freud blade. The black wood you inquire about is pronounced wengay. Nice video! Try moving the wood faster through your cut. Just until you start to hear the motor bog down. I have a Shop Fox fence on my Grizzly saw for nearly 20 years now. It’s an amazing fence. It’s an amazing saw! Very comparable to the Biesemeyer fence. My neighbor had the Biesemeyer. My ripping blade is a 24 tooth Ridge Carbide. A great blade for ripping.
I rarely have any burn marks on maple though my saw, even with 8/4. A better saw, better ripping blade and faster feed rate is what you need.
Every problem you have mentioned about that saw is adjustable. All i can suggest is do some youtube research and learn how to do it. Good luck
One thought, stop using that bird mouth push stick. Use something that actually pushes down on the stock.
@@christinahaddrell2110 what push stick would you suggest?
@ The kind that has a long foot which pushes down on the stick with a tan at the back to push stock forward. Helps prevent twisting and kid back.
Moving the material through the blade faster(if saw will take it)should do away with most of the burning
50 tooth Leitz blades are pricey but work awesome I've been ripping and milling 25+yrs and no problems.
A bit of ringing...
@@seancrowley7520?
Wouldn't it be easier to just put a toilet in the shed?
@@cereal6430 no... They wanted this look and it's what we created. Customer is happy with it.
Painting is worse than sanding!! Hang in there!!
I’ll be watching
@@edgarmeza8310 thank you. I'll keep posting. I appreciate you...
Here recently had a demo that i could kick out a tiled wall. What about the top section? Shoulder check of course. So satisfying. Fuck osha😂
run a shop vac and cut your drill time by a third, not to mention saving your forstner bit. Hint: smoke is bad.
Yeah... The reviews I watched all said the dust evacuation was horrible on this jig. It does get a lot of build up.
?
Conceal conceals concealed.
I'm not a spelling bee champ. Once in a while or awhile I miss.
Much faster and a better finish when you spray it
Yeah... But I don't have a sprayer. Wish I did...
These comments are from ignorant people, you think his situation is funny? Just know that I really want say more to you idiots, but rather not get banned.
What makes it so much better is seeing a person recording his struggle from a nice warm car 😂😂
I've stood in the cold and in pouring rain to give to people less fortunate than myself. I'm not just a keyboard warrior. 😎
Hell he, probably just got off work.
I know! I work 12 hour days in a factory.
When you vote for communism this is what you get. If you want homelessness, vote Democrat. You want a house 🏠, a career, a good life, republican is what you want. You can't have good things ever when democrats are running the country.
If u let it
Plenty of jobs out there ..i see hiring signs all over

What does black stain look like after a few coats dry?
I'll make a post and show you. Watch for it...
I made a community post about it.
Not bee humming birds. Just regular humming birds. The bee humming bids are only in Cuba and are way smaller.
It was just the music track. I didn't actually pay attention to the content of the words.
How good is the speaker
It's a 5/10. It doesn't handle bass real well but it's clear. No really loud but loud enough for a bathroom. Customer wanted it to watch TH-cam or TV in the shower.
One solution is to 1) route a V-grove along the gap, 2) glue in a thin triangular strip matching the base wood and matching the angle of the router bit, 3) sand flush.
I didn't have enough material to choose a match peice to do that. Though I did consider it. Thank you for the comment.
😢So stupid and unsafe for a grandfather could do.
No it's not. He's spending quality time and teaching him how to use tools. Best papa ever!
Black walnut is a wonderfull wood. The difficulty is to assemble the pieces harmoniously. The design of the wood is so marked that you would have to have a choice but I think you were limited in boards. I have a small stash of common walnut to tinker with in my old age. He's got it in reverse...
It's better in reverse for dirt it breaks it up better, also don't want to break the kids wrist if it catches
I watched it a couple times. It's actually the video it's in forward.
Here for the algorithms since i can't watch them all
