Zagros nomads; A hard life in the heart of nature
Nomadic life in Iran's Zagros is always accompanied by many challenges. Living away from facilities and relying on nature in these areas means daily dealing with hardships and problems. One of these challenges is the construction of simple and basic toilets in nomadic places.
Gul Mohammad, one of the nomads of these areas, uses only wood and cloth to build toilets. With great skill and creativity, he builds the bathroom needed by himself and his family. This simple construction shows the nomads' use of available natural resources to meet the basic needs of life.
The nomads of Zagros, despite being deprived of welfare facilities, strive daily to earn a living and maintain their lifestyle. Having local skills and using natural materials in making the necessary tools shows the way of life of this group in the mountainous nature.
