Yeah i was kinda interested in a frost build but I don't have the right guns for it sadly

So perhaps I'm just lucky then bit I get at least 3 formulas a time just from Blackfell, but I do also say you can visit any settlement and look for the same things to loot and you will find a lot, and for duplicates, that's what the designers workbench is for, to get rid of duplicates and buy a random formula from that. But tbh I'm not great at creating these types of videos so I'd imagine my explanation may have been terrible sorry, I will work on that, and also for the more casual player, I perhaps overlooked that they wouldn't want to spend the short time they have just looting bins so I'll take that on in future thanks!

Thanks for this, kind of needed to hear that, I think I was just having flashbacks to helldivers 2 where I b lined for the tesla cannon, then it turned out that was causing everyone in the game to crash so I had to use something else for a while, I presumed the same was happening here

@@MikeyStream Yeah, I feel you with the HD2 PTSD. But yeah, you can form a 40-man premade and be 100% sure not a single person is going to toss a molly or use any elemental build and the lag will still be there, and it'll still be a massive issue that can very easily lead to failing the fight. Our server did the same thing complaining endlessly about fire with that certain small vocal group calling anyone and everyone not doing what they wanted as morons who were ruining the game, as if they were the gaming god. Then once people started finding out on their own that the lag was still there and even happening before the fight even started people started to realize maybe it wasn't xPwnerBonerx's molitov that was causing a server to crash. Once there's enough people in the instance the lag is going to be there whether you use DoTs or not. I don't know if its a netcode issue, if it's the devs using terrible servers, if it has something to do with the server constantly having to verify every single item that players build so when you get 40 people all spamming down foundations, walls, and fences it tanks the server, or if they only have servers in China and are routing all game traffic no matter where you are halfway around the world to China, or exactly just what it is. All I know is it's not acceptable in 2024 for any MMO-esque game to not even be able to handle 20 people in an instance. I know people were complaining at release during the first two weeks of the season about how terrible the lag was just out in the open clearing settlements or building, or how frustrated people got with things like Cargo Scramble because of the rubber banding. I thought I read somewhere in patch notes they were taking the lag issues seriously and it was one of their top priorities, yet Prime Wars are virtually near impossible if you get 40 people in there, especially the nightmare ones. I played MMOs in the 90s and early 00's that were capable of handling that many players (or more) and the game still remain playable and the connection rock solid; and that's back when half the people connected were probably on dial-up or slow ISDN speeds. So for a modern game to crap its pants as soon as a handful of people get together is a bit of a letdown.

Yeah I believe that's how you tame them but only works with larger dinos, to which there were none around that I could carry...

Yep, on the island where there's much more around, I'd imagine they're much easier but this is not the map to be taming them 😂 there's nothing to drag over that they will eat

That's fair, to me it's like a remaster and I think it does look a lot nicer but obviously there's a lot of issues with it also, maybe the price was a bit steep but perhaps they just needed a way to make more money for ARK 2, but yeah, dinos behind a pay wall.... not about that
