Hello, My channel name is Dexcorp81, and welcome to the Mr Trainspotter/ Railway Adventures series. I mainly film trains in the Illawarra/South Coast of NSW but occasionally there'll be a few from other parts of the state.
Sometimes, they are normal routines, other times, it's rare.

South Coast diversions July 2024 part 1
G514 has been recently restored after being involved in a horrid crash near Junee, along with CLF1, CLF4 and 4910. While G514 has been restored, the fate of 4910 and CLF1 remains unknown while CLF4 is currently in Broadmeadow.

A very nice night for trainspotting (feat2x48s, QL's 19/20, Bombo ballast and Dunmore sandstone)

2x48s on 9122 while QL020 leads 9865 and QL019 leads 4962 solo. A very nice bonus to see 9108 ( ballast train) and 9134 (sandstone to Boral Mascot)run on the same day!

31st July and 19th aug A quick snapshot of trains if I wasn't too busy doing my tasks. we were there for 2 weeks doing a project. the following are -2x81 rescuing and empty manildra (5x82s) due to it being 'too long' for the loop at Summit Tank. An SSR grain was going the other way along with an Aurizon coal behind it, forcing the 81s to pull it back to Unanderra -After the mishap the 5x82s are...

Qube QE001 leads a steel train from Port Kembla to Brisbane while a Pacific National intermodal (from Chullora to Acacia Ridge) charges on a few minutes behind. Both were recorded in the early hours of Tuesday Morning during the long weekend

A very good night, except my camera decided to go flat twice (without it telling me) while I was recording. The 1st was M842 while the 2nd was with D414. Also, 3221 with the new wagons is the first Auriizon intermodal I had ever seen, Filmed on the 10/11th June 2024.

Perhaps my favourite type of train to chase as you'll never know what's on it or who's running it... The Sydney trains network goes as far north as Broadmeadow/Newcastle (ARTC control the Hunter Valley), Lithgow to the west (UGL Reginal Linx control the Central West), Macarthur to the South West (ARTC controls the Southern Highlands) and Bomaderry to the South (End of the line) as well as a few...

These days, the only services that run are 6MB4/S2 and 7BM4. SHL trains branch off at Moss Vale to go through Wollongong before it gets to Enfield. From there it can either turn left to Chullora or continue on to Flemington where it will rejoin its regular route north or west. QBX002,1440 and 1108 are doing their best to conquer the ranges. They are suffering from mechanical problems and soon shut down at Bundanoon where a pair of 81s had to assist. Filmed on 30th January 2021

Does this train continue to Manildra? Do you know why it travels via Inner Harbour?
Yes it does. Due to the line being single most of the way between Unanderra and Bomaderry often Manildra trains will tag team each other out (meaning 9837 leaves Bomaderry early and stays in IH for a couple of hours so another Manildra train can have access to the line and yard without impacting on the passenger trains too much).

Happy Birthday for the 5th. I hope you had a great day. I drove through Bomaderry on Monday. The PN Manildra train had not long crossed Bolong Rd and into their facility.

9:20 i find it sad that B75 has been placed on SG. It MUST return on broad gauge because standard gauge just doesn’t suit B75.
XD its a funny(and sad for some) sight for us too at first...

Im here for the imagination of it all, imagine twin indian pacific livery up front.
that's always a possibility
G530 is been the only regular unit on both indian pacific runs as trailing loco unit with another NR also being the second loco swapped over for regular trailing work on the indian pacific, while the G530 unit also worked as a freighter trailing unit. but currently no more DL's has served the indian pacific since then after they been allocated to grain work.
