Kimball Electramatic Player Tuning.
I was called to tune this Kimball Electromatic P9layer Spinet piano.
Also, the player system wasn't working.
A member of the family had played an extra long roll and it put the auto re-roll out of adjustment.
It would re-roll as soon as you turned it on. I was able to get it to not do that, but you have to activate the re-roll manually.
I left the pitch at A=435 to avoid string breakage. It sounded pretty good and the lady was really happy when I was finished.

I am learning new in camera editing skills. I just should have focused the camera better before I pushed the Red button. This particular canned malty beverage was thick and pungent when I bought it a year ago. So imagine the smell after this.
Ford Edge , Easy Way To Release Belt Tension

I had to change the alternator of our 2010 Ford Edge. There is no room for a ratchet for or even a breaker bar to get into the 3/8ths hole in the tensioner. the frame rail is too close. I got a 27mm open end wrench and ground out the jaws to 28.5mm . It fits on the top lug of the tensioner.
Remington 572 with new trigger spring

I ordered a new trigger spring for the Fieldmaster 572. The trigger was breaking at 4.5 -4.75 lbs. With the new one it is breaking at 2.75 lbs. That is optimal for me. I still have the other spring if I need to change it back.

After having the C362 for 5 days I can now shoot it effectively

The rear sight of this c362 is the worst thing about it. I had to basically renovate the rear sight and make a new sight blade out of Maple wood. You could use a wooden clothespin for the material to start with. I got it shooting pretty well now. These two shots are from 22 yards and both were touching the 1/2 inch bullseye and right next to each other making one hole

I just love the Wayfair 4 Door Kitchen Island "User Manual". Package contents, 1 Kitchen Island Accessories. Accessories???? What Accessories? Oh, You mean the 3000 screws and miscellaneous doodads that you have to use to assemble this cart that you could have bought fully assembled.

I go down one side of the 39a barrel and up the other. I am using my Canon SX60 to video the screen of my cellphone screen with the borescope attached. I just can't get an Endoscope camera app to work enough to record a video. I think I record a video but then I can't find the file.

I think the rifling looks pretty good for 1959. I didn't know about the rust in the muzzle though. I might have to try to address this. It might be why the accuracy has dropped off a little.
I have a old 572 that is in great shape. May I ask where you bought this spring? I would like to do mine. 5Lbs is too heavy.

I bought one about a year ago. It works just fine. I'm not a lever action expert but to me it works just as it was intended to.
I liked everything about it except the fact that chips were coming off the crown of the muzzle and it didn't shoot straight. I returned it for a refund.

I have never heard of boiling strings.
@@pnotuner1 If my memory is correct, they used to boil them in vinegar. The wound strings.
Be interesting to try it. I have an ultrasonic cleaner unit. Could probably incorporate that in the methodology, too.
God bless you - I'm serious. I've searched the entire Internet- including Savage Arms site - and no one gave any detailed info on the complete sight options with the Mark II FVT. I needed to see the rear aperture sight, whether the receiver is tapped for a scope, and the front target sight aperture options supplied with the purchase. Your video just made this 72 year old man very happy. I thank you!

How does a bird get spooked by a camera from 200 yards away? It was very content to look for food until I focused the lens on it.

That’s a Pileated Woodpecker. Have a pair that comes around my yard in Washington from time to time.
I also just purchased a Rio Bravo. Took the sideplate/bolt off to clean the barrel and action before its first outing today. Found a BIG crack on the receiver where the barrel is attached.

A carbine has a shorter barrel. Also with .22lr ammo it achieves the peak fps from a barrel between 16 inches and 19 inches. A longer barrel can deliver lower fps than one in the optimum range of length. The biggest advantage of a longer barrel is that the sight radius is longer, lending to more precise aiming with iron sights. I hope this makes sense to you. 22lr is my happy place.

Sorry to hear about some of the poor quality. I have a feeling it’s hit-or-miss (pun unintended). I’ve had no trouble with mine in accuracy or reliability. I did have one odd event, where a round blew up in the chamber. But I think I may quickly have short-stroked it just enough to where it still managed to fire, but since then, no problems. Take a look at my channel, I have a review, plus and older short overview of the rifle. The original sights were fine after adjustment, but I then went with Tech-Sights iron sights, and finally to a red-dot plus a laser/white light. Chris
The original sights was one thing that I really liked about the polymer version. And I liked the action. And I liked the stock. So basically I really liked the rifle, but the barrel was terrible. Looked like the steel got way too hot making it hard and brittle.
@@pnotuner1 Yeah, Seems like the QC is something to be desired. I’m glad you were able to take it back. I was willing to take the chance for the price I paid, and have been lucky so far. You know instantly when you see the receiver cover is attached with Phillip’s head screws, that you are dealing with a budget rifle! Henry makes a great lever, and the Browning is on a different planet with its short throw lever, but the price is on a different planet also! If I could only have one .22 as a survival rifle, I’d use something else, but as long as my luck holds out, this is a fun rifle to shoot.
@@cadamsm11 The light color stock rifle in my video is a JC Higgins 46 which is a rebadged Marlin 56 levermatic. It has a very short stroke and a 12 round magazine that holds 13. It's not nearly as accurate as the 39a though. I will just suffer through having only 2 lever 22s.
Coming from someone who loves their Rio Bravo, I sorry you got lemon! They’re a unique and fun little lever gun that I feel gets overlooked by a lot of people. Guys like you getting ones from a bad batch won’t help the fact unfortunately. Did you think that you will be getting another one or purchasing something different?
I really liked the rifle too. I'm not trying to destroy or defame it, just sharing my experience with it.
My retailer refunded my money back and I don't think I can bring myself to buy another. I have a few Marlins and such and am used to fabulous barrels and performance. Yes the gun was only 3 bills out the door, but that is what I gave for my Ruger American Rimfire 22.
I understand where you’re coming from with the Marlin comment and didn’t take it that you were trying to defame Rossi. It’s just a bummer that they let something like this slip through their QC. Ah well. It’s really cool that your gun dealer actually refunded you on the firearm! Cheers!

Those groups were at 25 yards with a Nikon scope and decent ammo including CCI Standard Velocity and Minimags.

Check the rossi for a design flaw, does the lever have a detent to stop the lever from falling open when the hammer is in the fully cocked position. I sent mine back to the company to look at it. This is a safety issue. If you just flick the lever a little it opens, no detent to lock it up. I sent mine back January 7th I am waiting to hear back from them.
It stays in position very nicely. You have pull it open, but it is not hard. I think there is some kind of detent.
