No if any file is already open then without internet you can work on it but it will not save until your pc gets connected to Internet, and heavy risk of loosing data

No feature is in beta- they are slow releasing for everyone, BTW if you want to enjoy the premium features for free(100% legal) I have already created a video for that.✌️
