As Japanese, we respect cultures that emphasize craftsmanship and nurture a sense of community. We value brands that resonate with us through their experiences, aftercare, and trust. Therefore, when it comes to EVs, the culture feels relatively shallow, and the brands haven't yet established enough trust. Maybe the Japanese have a different view of ev and environment… if you consider the total cost of ev, including the manufacture and disposal of batteries as well as the electricity production and transmission, it is higher than internal combustion engines. 🥺

Can you please tell me how much will the battery cost after 8 years as before that MG ensures it, but after that how much is it gonna cost to replace the Battery which is common in EV’s.

I saw the Zeekr while traveling to Gothenburg few weeks ago; absolutely beautiful. Now the SUV just came out. A great duo . How about Link&Co? It’s o1 seems oldish. Curious to know how or what model will be offer to compute with this Zeekr. On European market. A sedan with an SUV of same brand is a sign of faithfulness to a certain extend (aside the financial ability). I still don't see the point that Japan will change from their hybrid car to EV. Charging infrastructure needs to put in their small parking lot. They need to produce more electricity. Japanese people mostly use new cars. Pollution is also less. May be Japanese hybrid car which is very efficient is already great compare to EV. Fill the gas for 5 mins. Cost are as low as charging EV.

Great video. Its a shame that mpvs have fallen out if favour in the uk. Theyee so much more practical than SUVs for families.

Having young kids ive got an mpv and i can see them in my future for a minimum of 10 years. To me SUVs make no sense compared to the space and fuel economy of an mpv. Ev MPVs are not really an affordable thingnin the UK yet. Fingers crossed somenof these come to the uk in right hand drive in the future. I've had Chinese smartphones why not cars. 🤞🏽

eh? Bro forgot Honda Accord PHEV. This vehicle achieves total driving range of 2100km (specifically 2132.7). EV range is rated at 106km CLTC. I am not sure how big of a fuel tank it is but assume it is smaller than the regular hybrid ones which have 12.8 gallons. Even so 2132.7km/1.6km/mi=1332.9375mi 1332.9375mi/12.8g=104.135742188 mpg This thing would actually be even more efficient than both the latest BYD 5.0 DM-i and Toyota Prime PHEV offering.

The speaker failed to present data that the Chinese automobiles have superior off-road capabilities compare to the Ford Bronco? Are Chinese vehicles equipped with robust body-on-frame construction and advanced four-wheel drive systems that offer a range of off-road-focused features. Like the Ford Bronce and Jeep Wrangler can these vehicles tackle: rough trails, rocky paths, and muddy landscapes? Finally, the speaker failed to show proof of the long-term reliability of Chinese vehicles versus Toyota vehicles?

No proof! Toyota and Honda have been working on their hybrid tech for decades! long-term parts quality?

Toyota rules the world with ICE cars. Only Japan can be competition for Japan....but the Chinese are definitely catching up. Definitely better than American cars.
