Yeah, Yeah... Awesome job guys... Thanks for contributing to TALES FROM THE DEAD ZONE. TFTDZ is definitely not a money laundering scheme, lol. TFTDZ is coming along... It is getting closer and closer to completion. THINGS (1989) was shot on Super 8 Film, with the exception of Amber Lynn's Scenes, which were shot on 16mm Film. No separate recording devices were used to shoot the Super 8 footage, so the sound of the film rolling through the camera could be heard. (ruining most of the sound) It had nothing to do with anybody talking in the background. For a majority of the filming, there were just two people on the set. (Andrew, who was running the camera, and me acting and doing everything else under the sun, such as throwing blood into my own face, etc, etc... It was a crew of two for 99.9% of the movie.) The sounds of me running through the water, etc... did not sound too bad for whatever reason, and we decided to not overdub that scene. That is why the original sound is there... The Original Film Footage actually looks fantastic. The Film to Video Transfer was total garbage... I could not believe how terrible the Film to Video Transfer was when I saw it... The footage was then edited on to 3/4 inch tape... The fans being referenced on the END CREDITS were the Future Fans of THINGS, lol... Most of the Credits on the End Credits are fake, as i ma sure you know, lol... I take time out here and there away from Post Production, and laughed alot while listening to your podcast... You guys are hilarious... Ahhahhahha...
