I can't believe it's been nearly a year since I first set foot in San Francisco!! Time really flies! Reflecting on my journey so far, I've noticed some incredible growth, both intellectually and experientially. It feels like I'm starting a whole new chapter in life, and I couldn't be more excited about what's to come. Can any of you relate to these feelings?

Definitely not alone! And you hit the nail on the head. Life is not about controlling or having a “perfect life” as corny as it sounds you need to embrace your reality and surrender yourself to the present because by removing outlandish expectations you really do set yourself free. But also just don’t think too much, most of the stress and anxiety is just mental, go do things, experience things, make new connections and slowly things will piece itself together! - from another person in their mid 20s
