I watched this movie years ago and what a beautiful love story! The ending is very, very sad. That mother of hers should have left her alone to live her life with the man she loves; but no, her daughter was a meal ticket for her and her sister and didn't care that she was ruining her life by going to New Orleans and bash her daughter like she did. if i was her mother, I would have either kept my mouth shut and enjoyed the visit for a few days then went back home!
