    After watching a documentary on the Hanna Ranch, it sure is tough seeing this. I don’t know details, so I will not make assumptions as to who, what, when, why. However, my opinion and testimony, obtained through over 20yrs in the building industry, is realtors are a model for the new normal! A industry who’s entire curriculum is based of a debt based money system, in which the debtor is more than likely being fed a line of BS. When compensation from a sale is the means of payment for the “sales person” integrity becomes lost and deception is at the forefront! I’m not saying you personally, but the system as a whole, you get “house flippers” using the cheapest materials/methods, many times hiding all major/future problems, realtors knowledge and training in construction is based on averages, and percentiles, knowing every dollar spent to properly update or get house ready for market is coming out of their capital. With property realtors, they’re liking at this in a systems manner as well, integrity is not part of realtor school, nor is critics thinking, IMO, the impact from storm drains/water run off, into major water ways is 100% responsible for 90% of Americans having “forever chemicals” PFAS, and now micro plastics in our blood stream. “What am I supposed to do, about it, I am operating legally” they say! When “Just doing your job” affects everyone and puts their health at risk, something needs to change! Maybe TH-cam “Times beach” and see some facts on this, or DuPont the most deadly American corporation or even my area which is being devastated by corrupt coronies greed and storm drain pollution into major water ways, Puget Sound in Washington state. Sorry if this seems like an attack, it’s not! I just like to make people aware of what’s reality and not being taught in their institution!

      Hi Dazzanw. Sorry for the delayed response. I don't check my YT acct often enough. I do appreciate the time you put into your statement. Realtors/real estate agents tend to be more of marketers and transaction coordinators rather than actually salespersons. A property- house, commercial, land will ultimately sell itself. It's the buyer's responsibility to do their due diligence - inspections, surveys, water investigations and so forth. Agents are almost always unaware of any latent issues. Sellers are obligated to reveal property issues, but we both know that not all do so. The agent markets and manages the transaction - each transaction has its own twists and turns. Some transactions are simple, other are complex and all come with high legal ramifications if not handled appropriately. Our world has a ton of issues. Each one of us should do our best to do life better and of course that will look different for everyone. Have a wonderful weekend and thanks again for your message.
