Hello..hope u had fix it... This test is positive for me :( Did u just got better by stabilizing exercise?
Yeah it feels much more stable and stronger 💪 I do the rotator cofs classic band excersises and I have progressed my way up on the weight of the bands I do face pull ( very important) I use these excersises as warm up before every workout session If you have any more questions don't be shy 😊 @andrew dod
@@andrewdod2371 .
Great instructor but camera work could use improvement on that first stretch. Well done otherwise . Fan. Subscribed
who got to massage the stormtrooper?
Inspired 🤩
Can I do this course before I go to uni so that I can put it on my ucas so that I can get into university on a sports therapy course at uni?
Hi is that technique you've done pnf or pir pls?
Keep up the hard work !;)
Thank you Tim
I am interested of the course, is there any school near Cambridge?
Go to the LSSM instead.
Hi..I'm keen for your course and I'm from Malaysia...how can I register for these course?
Absolute rubbish. Sports massage is more treatment oriented, not gentle stroking a cat to death. What a misrepresentation.
If our demonstration was aligned to a condition, it would be treatment oriented, but as stated, this is a general sports massage. Yours respectfully
brillant
what materials are used for ankle taping on video ?
Where's the "sports" in this massage" Basic Swedish is what I see. Swedish 2 would be more of a "Sports massage" than this.
Great stuff, keep it up very informative
That logo has to be from a javelin thrower!
Thumb abduction shown in the video is actually thumb extension. Common error, but true.
While this massage was well executed, I did not find it to be a "sports" massage rather a general Effleurage.
very good massage technique.Bravo Bella Bonita.
You mention that normal for men is 10-15 and women is 15- 20 degrees. That seems very high to allow for anterior pelvic tilt. Could you explain why you have chosen those numbers.
hehe the logo is a javelin thrower :)
All I saw was effleurage and petrissage.
Where I can see more videos of PIR?
You've got an exellent tutor. I can only wish ours to be like him. :(

Top drawer vid Tim, lovely hands!
hello your website is not working!!!!! where can i find your course??
Is this pre-season, mid-season, or post-season massage?
That's probably exactly what I need. Other side though haha
I found that to be very superficial, lacking any techniques that really go into the muscles to work in adhesions
whats that technique called at 1:55 ?
