Wandering through Meiji Jingu Gaien’s Ginkgo Avenue is like stepping into a golden tunnel of autumn. The street, flanked by two symmetrical rows of towering ginkgo trees, bursts with vibrant hues of yellow, creating a breathtaking canopy overhead. Each step feels soft and crisp as fallen leaves carpet the ground, crackling underfoot.
As you walk along the avenue, you’re immersed in a lively atmosphere. Families stroll together, parents pointing out the vibrant colors to excited children. Couples hold hands, pausing often to snap photos against the golden backdrop. Even pets seem to sense the magic, wagging their tails as they trot happily through the leaves.
