I honestly don’t know, because I’ve never done it. I’m not one of those who acts like they know everything- but don’t see why not! My advice would be try a small batch! And then come back and tell us your experience 😊

Been doing this for about 5 years - love having it available. I don't know why the instructions were removed but oh well. Used a jar I had for a bit over 2 years as it got shoved to the back and it was just like the recently canned jars. Thanks

Canned whole milk is fabulous for coffee and cooking. That’s about all I use milk for.

Thanks Chelsea! 🎉 I have been wanting to do this. I was nervous i would screw it up. Since i saw you do, i am bolder. Lol I constantly throw out Organic Grass Fed Flash Pasteurized Milk, at $12 for half gallon! Often i dont even open.the jug and its past date. That milk stays longer than the Dates, BUT it loses its Fresh and Sweet taste. I would much rather Can it and open as i truly need it!

I've done lots of canned milk. It is very useful to have on the shelf. Never had any problems doing it.

I have some from 2 years ago that are still good
I’ve heard that canned 2% milk tastes similar to whole milk, while canned 1% milk has a flavor closer to 2% milk. Thanks for helping with this! I can’t wait to add it to my pantry.

Why add hot water to the jars? Doesn't it get hot when it being hot water bathed?
@@pamelam1932 it is more than just hot water in the jar 😊 It’s a brine that keeps them from turning to mush. Please watch the video in its entirety
