Hey guys, we recognise this place. That is a beautiful drive en-route to Sorento. There is never time to explore everything which is why we go back if it appears on the cruise itinerary. Thanks for sharing. 🖐👍

We feel for you. It looked extremely hot. We encountered that on our first trip to Rome twenty years ago. We thought May would be fine but…. We’ve been back several times since and it’s been fine. We were last there in October and encountered all the renovations (which we included on our Rome TH-cam video). We’d seen all the major monuments in the past and didn’t miss out, but felt bad for our traveling companions who had never been. Good job covering the reality of a port call in Civitavecchia. We’ve embarked and disembarked several times but only called there on a cruise once and opted to visit Orvieto and Civita Di Bagnoregio instead of Rome.

I think rome is always packed, don't go in 25 then. Rome is lovely but you have to fine the right time we must have been lucky on our first visit x
