강한압력을 버티려면 결국은 그 압력을 마음놓고 주무를수있는 힘을 키워야합니다. 사실 이 영상속에서는 저의 찐 힘을 3분의1정도밖에는 표현해내지못했었어요. 건강을 잃은후 회복하는과정에서 평소 텐션을 유지시켜주던 운동을 한동안 약 2년가까이 전혀 할수가없었거든요. 예전에 허리디스크수술직후에도 꾸준히 운동을 했을때는 허리디스크수술의 영향을 거의 받지않아 다행히 서울에서 오페라 투란도트를 멋지게 해낼수있었답니다. 결국은 성악발성테크닉도 중요하고 몸안에 압력을 버텨내도록하는 힘을 키우는것도 중요합니다. 요즘 정말 유투브에 많은 연구가들이 성악발성법에 대해서 소개하는 영상들이 정말 많이 올라오고있더라구요, 그러나 대부분 강한압력을 이겨내기힘든 구조로 성악을 연구하고있기에 요즘 그런 발성법을 배우는 성악학도들은 강한 압력을 버텨내기 쉽지않음을 느낍니다. 우선적으로 강한 압력을 버티려면 잠수부가 되어야 합니다! 일종의 제주해녀가 먼저 되어본다면 강한 압력을 다스리는 방법을 알게됩니다! 이후 텐션을 끌어올려줄 운동을 하면 도움이 많이 됩니다! 단, 이 운동역시 근육운동이나 몸안에 소리를 가두는 닫힌소리를 내게만드는 운동을 하면 안됩니다. 주의가 필요합니다! 요즘 많은 사람들이 소리를 열어야한다고 하는데 그 열림에 대해서 너무 발성적으로만 접근하는게 문제이기도합니다. 진정한 열림은 소리의 발성법적 테크닉이 아닌데말입니다. 작게나마 도움되시길 바랍니다. 감사합니다.

22세 입니다. 참고로, 이탈리아의 전통 벨칸토 창법의 마에스트로 선생님들께서는 테너의 소리가 익어가며 평생의 소리로 형성되어지는 나이대를 28세부터로 보십니다. 하여 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 최대 33세까지 평생의 자신의 테너소리로 영글어 지는 중요한 기간이라고 보시면 됩니다. 많은 후배님들이 이 시기이전부터 드라마틱이나 스핀토 테너로의 꿈을 꾸며 노력해나가고있는것이 요즘같습니다. 그때마다 후배님들께 조언하곤 합니다. 28세부터 해도 늦지않다! 뭔가 그동안의 전통으로 이어져온 세계최고의 오페라 가수로써의 삶을 살아오신 이탈리아 대가 스승님들의 공통적으로 말씀하신다면 그 이유가 있겠죠. 의학적으로는 잘 모르겠지만 28세부터 성대의 근육이 완전히 형성이되어서가 아닐까 조심스럽게 예상해봅니다. 28세부터 강해지는 소리를 33세까지 어느정도 완성시킨다는 목표로 연습하고 연주하고 노래하면 이후 탄타대로를 갈수있다는게 저의 생각입니다. 제가 실제로 이 나이대에 리릭스핀토 테너로써의 항해를 시작하기도 했었기에 보다 확신을 가지고 있습니다! 답변이 되었으면 합니다. 감사합니다. 구독해주세요~ ^^* ㅎㅎㅎ
