BIG NSW SNAPPER + TIPS AND TRICKS
Had an absolute banger of an early season snapper fish on the New South Wales south coast. A couple of little tips and some tricks in the video. If anybody would like a more in depth explanation of things leave a comment, more than happy to do a walkthrough video in future.

SOLO MARLIN FAIL + MAHI CATCH AND COOK
มุมมอง 2662 หลายเดือนก่อน
Tried for a solo marlin, apart from sinking the boat I don't think much more could have possibly gone wrong. Ended up finding a nice little school of dollies so thought best to bring in the marlin gear, considering I had no teasers left anyway and try bring home a feed. That part was successful.
SYDNEY STRIPED MARLIN
มุมมอง 2.2K3 หลายเดือนก่อน
Caught a horse of a stripey yesterday. Took Zac's marlin virginity on a really nice striped marlin, jumped in and had a swim with her. Tagged and safely released to swim another day! Jumped in with to swim her away and got some nice underwater footage also!
THIS IS WHY YOU NEED TO GO TO K'GARI (FRASER ISLAND)
มุมมอง 1784 หลายเดือนก่อน
Planned a family/fishing trip to Hervey Bay and Fraser Island. Weather didn't let me get much fishing in, didn't stop the family and I from taking on the breathtaking Fraser Island (K'gari).
SYDNEY TOPWATER BASS FISHING
มุมมอง 1586 หลายเดือนก่อน
Did something a bit different today, went for a flick in a freshwater stream on the outskirts of Sydney. Topwater action recorded on the drone as it happened.

มุมมอง 3.7K6 หลายเดือนก่อน
Just a quick video on how I fitted out my bar crusher, and a few of the neat little features of the boat. If anybody has any questions hit me up in the comments!
BIG BLACK MARLIN ON THE GREAT BARRIER REEF
มุมมอง 4.9K7 หลายเดือนก่อน
Fishing the outer edges of the great barrier reef looking for a grander black marlin, managed to raise some big girls but didn't quite get the illusive grander we were looking for. Action packed and amazing trip regardless, got some really fun arial fish.
GREAT BARRIER REEF 2023, MARLIN, FEEDING SHARKS, SPEARFISHING, DRONE FOOTAGE + MUCH MORE
มุมมอง 7247 หลายเดือนก่อน
Did a charter with Tradition charters for 7 days, left out of Cairns. Skippered by Captain Tim Richardson and crewed by our boys Thomas and Martini we all had the week of our lives. Got onto 3 black marlin along the outer reefs, went spearing for coral trout, popped for GT's, hand fed sharks, and got some amazing drone footage.

CAUGHT MY 52 YEAR OLD MUM HER FIRST TUNA!
มุมมอง 2139 หลายเดือนก่อน
Big seas, forgot the gimbles, had a double hookup on yellowfin. Ended up landing them both, released the larger specimen. Mums first time even going past the heads, she reeled in one of the fish and helped us land the other one. Not bad for a rookie!
SYDNEY YELLOWFIN TUNA FISHING
มุมมอง 1.1K9 หลายเดือนก่อน
Took out the apprentice and his mate for a crack chasing tuna. Had another boat with us, helped them get onto the fish, we had 2 hookups had one spit the hooks. First time ever offshore for one of the boys, pretty special to be able to show him such a beautiful fish on his first day leaving the heads
Hey bro geat video can you please do a comparison to the YF7600 next door that would be freaking awesome. Cheers mate keep up the great work 👍👍👍
haha if I did do that I’d be incredibly biased the yellowfin isn’t mine
Do you know any good spots around nsw to fish on land?
NSW is a very big place haha, where abouts !
Should start selling courses 😂
I’d be broke pretty quickly 😂
Pillies for life 🤣💯👌🏻
Only the ones with freezer burn that are 6 months old, minimum. Pilchards age like a fine wine
Hey mate, just wondering what Rod and reel u are using for the soft plastic
Hey mate, a shimano t curve premium 2-5kg paired with a daiwa certate 4000, with 15lb J-Braid.
Ok thanks mate
Is the boat any good I just ordered a 670ht
I mean I wouldn’t have one if I didn’t think it was good haha. They punch well above their weight, just make sure you option for trim tabs they are an absolute must.
Ok thanks
Got the same setup and love it too. I also got a windscreen wiper (very handy) and underwater lights for fun and giggles. Need to get an oven!
The oven is a game changer mate !
On the chidiac, ytb ❤❤❤
Awesome boys 👍
Thanks mate!
Great video boys, congratulations Zach!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice fish... how clear was the water! Beautiful spot.
Yes it was!
Mad fish boys good work
Thanks mate!
yeah the fucking lads, what a hook up 🔥
You’re up next !
What a video brah that day was insane
We wouldn’t have any of it without some fine angling my friend
How was the fishing?
Mate I’ll be honest with you, I barely got to fish due to weather. The only good weather days I’d already booked in stuff with the family then the days off it was blowing a gale
@@bloodsportfishing spewing... I know the feeling, I just picked up my new 670ht a few months ago and was looking forward to using it over the break but the weather has been horse shit. No doubt it will be cracker next week onwards lol
Amazing footage love your work
Thank you!
Hey mate got exact same set up. What bracket / mount did you get for travel buddy
The boys from blue bottle marine made up the bracket mate
Hey mate is the yellowfin in the background yours too?
Nah mate that’s my business partners boat haha I wish I could have 2 😂
@@bloodsportfishing oh okay, was considering buying one in the near future. Curious to know his thoughts on the boat and how it compares to yours !
He’ll say his is better I’ll say mine is haha It’s honestly personal preference, go out test drive a few and whatever feels better for you is the way to go
I sometimes go out off Botany Bay. Is that anywhere close to where you head out off
Sometimes we leave out of Sydney heads
When will the Marlin. be. Im a newby. I would love to take my project boat nearly finished to come along a pro like you if you are kind to share. 😊
Marlin should be arriving along the mid-north coast of NSW any week now mate! And I’m far from a pro still learning a lot myself mate, by all means if you’re running out of Sydney always happy to team up with people and help each other out
Soooo good fellas
now waiting for the Marlin to show up!
I love bass fishing
who doesn’t though
An absolute cracking boat mate💪💪
thanks mate, appreciate that!
Congrats! Enjoy the beast! I have a new 670C. Any tips on docking the boat without impacting the sides and scratching the shit out of it? I have the same colour scheme and already with large scratches at front on both sides due to impacting the ramp…😣 Cameron
If I’ve got someone with me I nose up to the dock slowly and make them jump onto the dock and back the car in haha If I’m on my own I just put 3 fenders out get relatively close to the ramp and prop walk over to it really slowly by switching from forward to reverse and when it’s within reach I’ll grab it and pull myself in. It’s all practice though man, you’ll get the hang of it and congrats on the new boat!
@@bloodsportfishing many thanks mate for those tips. I will implement these tips as well. :-) What do you use to tie your fenders (on boat)? Also, I have the same ducer setup as yours (for both ducers). When do you use your 3/1 ducer? Much success with this 3/1 ducer?
Just abit of rope for the fenders, yeah I really rate the 3 in 1. I only use it in shallower water, I’ll usually run a split screen with side scan. It works really well but I find it does need abit of playing with, adjusting the gain settings with depth as well as the frequency. The high chirp comes up crystal clear in anything under 30 meters
@@bloodsportfishingthank you
What a boat 🤩🤩
