I’m late to viewing this video, but it brings me a deep satisfaction and much inspiration and drive to renew my interest in working with my local materials. I’m very grateful for the time spent to share this knowledge and artistry.

Anna-Marie, you are just great. I just hate to eat lobster because of all the work involved. You changed everything...really...We just ate 3 lobsters using exactly your method. It worked really well. Now we just can't wait to eat our next lobster. Your method is so easy and simple. Thank you for sharing.

+Aislyn Lee Hi! Thanks so much for answering and yes it is the wreck of the number 9....we ended up finding out about a week ago :) It was written by Carson Robison in 1927 and made famous by Jim Reeves and Hank Snow both! Thanks again!

What a terrific job explaining how to get the most out of a yummy lobster !!! It was some nice to see somebody explain exactly what I do, right down to not losing the juice out of the claws! That said, out of all that, I picked up two brand new tricks that I really look forward to trying: giving the claw a whack with the fist, and using the small part of the pincer as a tool to clean out the knuckles. EXCELLENT! Wonderful video. Thank-you! (From a fella originally from the North Shore!)

Thanks! I'm from the Oregon Coast and we eat a lot of Dungeness Crabs here, but I've never had the opportunity to eat a fresh Lobster. I've always wondered what the difference would be in picking one of those clean. I'll be prepared if I ever get the chance now. It was fun to watch.

Robyn Annala Sleeper Thanks for watching! We do snow crab fishing up in the northern part of NB but we're all about Lobster and Scallop fishing in the Bay of Fundy! Cheers and remember - practice makes perfect!! :)
