Heretic
Suffer Not a woman to teach a man , scripture says ! REPENT AND BE QUIET !❤
If you take the Word out of context you can use it defend ANY position. But then again So don’t bother correcting mockers; they will only hate you. But correct the wise, and they will love you. Proverbs 9:8 NLT A woman, grew in her womb and gave birth to the Lord Himself. A woman is more than capable of preaching.
Love this!!!
Thanks for engaging with us!

Linda homenagem ao Luigi. E muitas saudades também. Que Deus o tenha.
My family bought a mollor organ in 19551 installed in 53..as a memorial to my uncle who was killed in a car ..it was 12 ranks..3 m..saddly it wasn't maintenance right over the yrs..it was replaced in 1995..by the Berghaus organ co.my family wasn't happy ..it cost my family alot of money when the new church was built.in 1952..it sang lovely and had a nice set of reeds and a 16ft sub base.some of the pipes went into the new organ..cut down to size for lower wind pressure..I didnt give a dime to the new organ fund..due to the fact. Little maintenance was done on the old one..as my mother said befor do not replace it.fix it ..re leather it ..after my mom past I never step foot back in that church..in 1999.no more donations. That Moller organ ment a lot to our family..it was installed correctly..with room to tune and repair it.. our 1926 Mar and coltin theatre organ still plays in the theater my grandparents built they sold the theater in 1983..and today stills plays .has a skinner French horn in it main side and a cable co, piano. On the solo side a pipe organ maintene correctly will play for ever..
I know you would rather the original have been restored, but replacing that instrument while retaining some of the pipework was likely the best decision. Unless they got an exemption from the Fire Marshall, they would have had to replace all the wiring so they could meet current electrical code. Moller windchests were also notoriously difficult to work with. It isn't uncommon for a builder doing a re-leathering or restoration to have to take them apart and put them back together multiple times because they aren't working correctly.
I agree with u...cotton coverd wiring..on the chests..to really and console..that wasn't any issue back then ,though should been included in a relathering pouch boards..and solid state relay..up grades. I was on board with all that..at the time...Berghaus sold them on a new unit I'm glad my parents were deciesd then..they were heavy donors..and would cut off donations ..for organ tunings. Berghaus did the maintenance on it..and did a poor job in my mind ..so it would decline ..I left the church due to politics of that church
I, too, love Moller Organs..... Our Church purchased a 1922 Moller in 1985, moved it from Elgin, MN to our home church. We spent about a year releathering the chests and installing it in the balcony and bell tower in a newly built room beneath the bell. It functioned flawlessly until 2001 when a new sanctuary was built and it meant yet another move. At that time, I suggested that we replace the chests with direct electric (I will not live forever.), and contracted with Allen for a pipe/digital hybrid as we questioned the ability of the Moller to fill the doubled in size worship space. It has worked out better than anticipated. We used Moller samples to do the digital portion and the result was a seamless spectrum of sound. My home church Moller/Allen is my favorite to play of many I have had the pleasure of playing in the area.
Richard Rikers Memorial service was absolutely perfect, a beautiful homage put together thoughtfully from his dear wife Ronnie Riker , whom we all adore.
Many fond memories from long ago. RIP, Dick.
A beautiful tribute! Anne Weil
What a masterful job Rev. Cathy did today! Thank you so much........Suzanne Carbery

Thank you
First - Never speak in a resonant room without a direct mike. About half of what was said was intelligable. The orgabn is a typical tracker screecher. Yes, complete with chiffing flute. The opening piece. FInger exercize
what an ugly comment. Seems clear that you have an ax to grind...but FIRST (as you write..) you should edit yourself. I would be ashamed of the spewing bile you lay out in your few sentences. YOU make TH-cam quite awful.
@@andrewsappel Andrew, baby, I note that you didn't say that I was wrong about my assessment of the organ or the music. Playing crap like that is what drives the common man right out of the building. It is one of the reasons why so few young people are studying organ today. More so that so few new organs are being built. and yes, I do have an ax to grind. My teachers were some of the best, the organ I built in stark contrast to the screechers that are the current fad - though the trend is a return to normalcy with a balanced tonal structure. You must be one of the WOKE group who can't tolerate those who speak the truth., painful though that might be.
@@organbuilder272 It is the character and quality of YOUR words..the ugliness and hostility, the lack of civility that negate any responses you might share. Clean up your act. What good do you do with your hostility? Do you think this nurtures art? stops some irritant you feel? It only puts toxic mud in the waters of sharing of ideas. As I am old enough to remember, the remedy for this was a washing of the mouth with soap and water. There is a modicum of respect we need to garner when taking to each other..and especially when talking to people who are sharing their passion and efforts. I think the modern term for your behavior is TROLL. try to be something else.
Thank you, lovely service
Gorgeous!!

Thank you for shining a light on and reading the "Thanksgiving Proclamation of 1789" by President George Washington. His proclamation declared that we dedicate a special day on which we give thanks for our civil and religious liberties, and establishing a day of Thanksgiving
