Actually me 2saal se journalling aur abb ye mereko actual me affect kar rahee hai i,e kee me jourlling me khoodkee kamiya ko likhatee hu aur unko improve kartee hu par abb me bohot chhotee chhotee bato ko mere kamiya man rahee hu bohot jyada in deep khoodko analyse kar rahee hu aur matalb time waste ho raha hai

How to find right journaling prompts ???
First, ask yourself what it is that you want to journal on. If that answer is not clear, you can start by writing 5 things that you are grateful for, on that day and 3 things that you learnt about yourself. Continue journaling this for atleast 3 weeks and you will get the hang of journaling. :))

Hello mam actually mujhe self acceptance me bahut aa rhi hai mai imagine karti hu mera face aisa hota waise hota na mera kisi kaam me mann lagta hai aur phir bahut sochati ki ab se aapne upar bahut work karungi lekin phir se tym waste karne lag jati hu .

Can I write both manifestation journal and daily jouranling in one book..
Better to split that notebook in two parts or you can make journal with leftover pages in academic notebook If you don't want to invest in buying one so ....
Preferably keep a separate diary for daily journaling. :)

In journaling only positive points need to be added or we can write anything which is going in mind
You can write anything that is going on in your mind, Alternatively, you can also use journal prompts. There is no rigid structure that needs to be followed. :))

Self care tip: Do one thing everyday for your 1. Body (maybe exercise or going on a walk) 2. Mind (Read or choose to do something which makes your mind clutter free the best one would be meditation) 3. Soul (the most underrated one, just do anything which make sures that the child in you is still alive)

2 years back I used to journal every single day due to hostel environment I got no time to follow it later! Since a month I'm home I have got back to it again! Maybe your video made more clear why should I continue. Here I promise: I keep this habbit for whole of my life to live a life of stressfree! Tysm
