Kolympithra beach in Tinos during a day with no wind. One of our favourite beaches in Tinos. Normally a surfer’s beach when windy, it gets transformed into a calm blue heaven when the winds stop. Why is this machine slightly quieter than all the other Gaggiuinos that I've seen? Most of them sound like they're about to fall apart/take off.
Why do you still need a scale when you're pulling the shot?
To know how much ml water he has to use to make consistent taste of espresso

It is utterly ridonkulous how good that mod is. I want one of these in my vacation home. Now if I could just afford a vacation home ….

Which basket do u use?
idk what hes using but i would go for an 18-20 gram ims basket. The default gaggia standard basket is almost coned im not a fan of it.
What brand of puck screen are you using? Is it 1mm or 1.7mm thickness? 100 or 150 micras?
