Late Night Loops
Guitar into the BR-800, and everything running into the mixer with a ton a reverb. Current looper is Ditto, it doesn’t sync with midi, which is I hope to soon replace. Feel like a midi sync with loops will be endless fun. Learned the A major scale, which is ridiculous because I’ve been playing guitar for 20 plus years, and this is off the pentatonic variation

Quick ARP on the minifreak, really been wanting to play the volca keys again, so grabbed it really quick. Only had a few minutes, and just spaced out on this progression. Minifreak into the microcosm, Volca keys is dry with no effects.

Initially started by trying to make a patch on the minilogue. Programmed in a 16 bar sequence and then just started exploring. Bass line is done with Minifreak. I had this progression worked out almost 2 months ago, but could never get it to make sense. Was trying a minimal setup, but kept needing to add stuff. Finally settled with this. Volca FM2 is the master, sending sync to volca sample and the microcosm. OP-1 used for bass, and to originally flush out a few ideas with this riff. All run into a Yamaha mixer, and the mixer signal runs right into the camera

@@davebb1212I don’t! Thought maybe it would pop up on the display at some point, but I don’t think it does. Maybe the volca sample will show it?
@@davebb1212at about the 6:00 the drums come in and it switches from a 3/4 to 4/4 beat, might be able to tap out tempo from these drums

Minilogue is going into microcosm. Minilogue, and volca bass are sequenced by SQ64. Volca sample is being triggered by SQ64 with a sync cable, and microcosm is connected by midi as well to keep it in sync with SQ64
