I can Suggest that the CNN BUSINESS TRAVELLER Mr Richard Quest to return back to Singapore and visit present the Changi International Airport latest attraction, Project Jewel.

As for me I still like Singapore airport , I transit here when I take SQ flight . You can see recently a new big giant airport , but inside nothing much , no facilities . Few restaurants , not user friendly type , using AI system , capture our privacy. Not everyone like it but not given a choice . I only saw the big giant airport, inside got a chinese Garden only if I m not wrong . And a good train service to airport from city to airport , but the price so great different . From singapore you take train from end part to the airport , less than $2 us dollars. Building a airport is very important n also good planning n management. Building an giant white elephant airport is very easy .

At Hong Kong Airport, I found what Changi Airport is missing. In Hong Kong, we had to remove our luggage to clear the customs and once we were out of the customs, a service staff was ready there to hand over a trolley to us. We didn't have to hunt for trolleys in Hong Kong like in Changi Airport. At Changi Airport, after we cleared the customs, we had to drag our heavy luggage searching for trolleys. At Changi Departure Hall, I was looking for the airline counter and there was not a single service personnel walking around there ready to provide assistance. I sprained my ankle but had to walk to the other end of the hall because my family could not find a wheelchair for emergency use. It was very frustrating. My friend who had trouble using the self-service tax-redemption machine could not get help. There was no assistance there.

those love the business in the sky just look the movie "watch up in the air" and get charge your business impression ......business is my hobby fashion and passion ! do some business,travel the world and live the standard lives .............

While these newer airports are nice (Hong Kong, Incheon etc) i still believe Changi is the best, it constantly updates itself and just has a certain feel to it that you can't buy or produce. Middle east airports in my mind will never be the best , they just go for flashness over feel. You can spend millions on something but that doesn't mean its gonna feel right. Changi is so green, it's probably the only airport in the world i actually enjoy going to.
