This channel is a video library of Tarique Rahman's speech. Since 2009, Tarique Rahman has been elected as Senior Vice Chairman of Bangladesh Nationalist Party. Tarique was the youngest leader to become Joint Secretary-General of BNP. He was elevated to this position in June 2002, in response to rising demand from ranks and files of the Party, in recognition of his contribution in 2001 general election, which brought a landslide victory. Since 2009, Tarique Rahman has been elected as Senior Vice Chairman of Bangladesh Nationalist Party. Tarique was the youngest leader to become Joint Secretary-General of BNP. Tarique worked to establish a competitive edge in the textiles industry and in the river transport sector. However, his passion has remained in politics, being inspired by the ideals of his father as well as his mother. Ziaur Rahman was a charismatic leader who declared Independence in March 1971. On 7 November 1975 Ziaur Rahman once again captured the imagination of the people, when he was freed from captivity through a mass upsurge defeating the traitors and agents of foreign power. Ziaur Rahman re-introduced popular democracy, multi-party system, free press and open market policy. He was extremely popular and was elected President of the country in 1978. Tarique Rahman was a teenager when his father was assassinated in 1981.
Rahman favors of promoting investments for industrialization and development of the service and IT sectors of Bangladesh. He believes in the expansion of the country’s private sector.
Tareq accompanied his mother BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, during the election campaign in 1991. She was the first woman to be elected Prime Minister of Bangladesh and has been elected to this post thrice. Tarique worked closely for the Party during the general election campaign in 1996. Since then he has been involved intensively in his home district, Bogra, to institutionalize a democratic culture in the Party. His efforts, commonly known as the `Bogra Model’, which has become very popular among the root level party workers, have resulted in a system of electing Party leadership from the grassroots.
Tarique was born on November 20, 1967 to Ziaur Rahman and Khaleda Zia. He has attended Dhaka Residential School and College and passed SSC. Later he been in Adamjee Cantonment Public School & College and passed HSC. He went to Dhaka University and obtained Honours degree at International Relation in 1988.

তারেক স্যারের আলোচনায় বুজলাম তার ক্ষমতার প্রতি কোন লোভ লালসা ছিলোনা। দেশটা কিভাবে ভালো করা যায় সেটা নিয়ে চিন্তা ভাবনায় ছিলেন।অথচ তাকে নিয়ে গত ১৬ বছর হাসিনা ম্যাডাম যা বললেন তা আসলেই মিথ্যা।

সত্যিকারের স্মার্ট নেতা বলতে যা বুঝায় তিনি তারেক রহমান। উনার বিরুদ্ধে যতটা প্রপাগাণ্ডা আছে তা যদি বিশ্বাস কেউ করেন, তবে হেলিকপ্টার থেকে গুলি না করে পানি মেরেছে- এটাও বিশ্বাস করতে হবে! উনার মানসিকতা অনেক উন্নত পাশাপাশি সাংবাদিক কে যেভাবে সামলেছেন প্রশংসা যে কেউই করতে বাধ্য।

আমরা এমন ই অভাগা জাতি,মাওলানা ভাসানী,জিয়াউর রহমান,ঈউনুস সার,তারেক জিয়া,,উনাদের কখনো সময় অনুজাই ই দাম দেই নি।তাই জাতি হিসাবে এই ২০২৪ এও সব প্রাতিসঠানিক ধংস করে ফকির হয়ে আজ ও নেতা খুজি,দল খুজি অথচ হাতের কাছে রেখে মানিক চিনলাম না।
