This was more of a test of camera angle and wind muffler, but decided to share the runs anyway. I like the wide angle, but on the twisty trails it getts a bit too much I think. What do you think? hi! you can find link to this specific trail on trailforks where you can also download gpx. There's also some routes marked, but not much. Generally you can check Golovec area, Rašica trails and Črnuče trails
i bought the same, still didn't have time to test it 😃 Honestly looks good, but the overall distortion on the edges of the last 30% of the horizontal view is massive. I'm planning to use the superview but i'm still not sure, in premiere you can actually correct a bit the distortion loosing a bit of FOV, but is still not making miracles! I will do a test on a trail that i know to check which FOV will suit the best, hopefully that i will find someone to borrow me a DJI Action 4 😍😃 edit: btw very cool trail, i have a friend in Ljubljana, i hope to check some trails soon there 😃
thank you. Distortion on the edges is pretty bad in max hyperview yes. On this one I did -10 on Curvature with Lens Distiortion effect in Premiere but still, edges are pretty bad. What I did in previous video might be better where I shot in 4:3. I need to do few more tests, but I think doing just 16:9 Superview gives similar amount of horizontal FOV with less height and much less distortion.

Thanks! Max Hyperview with horizon lock yeah. Chesty mount, but trying to have it relatively high up
@@twistedtrails I think the distortion is quite heavy, probably i will use the FOV a bit less wider...to have something comparable to the dji Action 4. But looks very good, with GoPro subscription...I think I'm now quite decided! 😃
@@OresteCiotoli actually I remembered I recorded this to 4:3 and scaled it down on Y axis. I think that’s what camera does on its own when doing 16:9 hyperview, but I did it in post so I was able to create a vertical version of it too. Hope that helps. Distortion is heavy, but mostly visible when panning left or right I think
Did a few tests today too. Max Hyperview has a bit higher fov than self stretched 4:3 max superview. Max hyperview + Lens distort node in davinci resolve studio does the trick for me.
