mix all the ingredients: - 4 tbs all purpose flour - 2 tbs sugar - 1 tsp baking powder - 2 tbs oil - 3 tbs milk - 1 tsp vanilla extract - chopped strawberries microwave 2 mins (depends on your microwave) (optional) top with powdered sugar and fresh strawberries

I do like 3 times thea mount of parmesan for that amount of mayo, and lemon instead of lime, and no vinegar. Use real parmesan, it makes a difference...Where's the anchovies
