This video has some good information, but I'd like to point a couple things out. Clown fish and bettas could never live together, not because of their agression, but because bettas are freshwater and clown fish are saltwater fish. Also that "cory" is some sort of pleco. I have albino corydoras and they have small mouths with barbells that help them sift for food. No cory has a mouth like that.

Are you really going too say all of this, and not even have a mirror in your own tank? It shows you don't believe what you're saying. I bet it stresses the fish too much causing an early death.

My Betta doesn't seem to be bothered by the mirror 🤷‍♀️ one of female paradise fish, however, has fallen in love with herself 😂. Not sure how to stimulate my Betta 🤔. Any ideas much appreciated please 🙏

I was so worried my Betta had dropsy, but from this video I get the impression that maybe she's just super egg bound. Still not sure though.

I have a male beta fish and I’m so worried I think I might have been overfeeding him when I first got him cause I didn’t know I was giving him about 4 pellets every night and he would swim right up and eat them happily than we changed his tank and I think it scared him and he would never come to his feeding corner anymore and would just sit under the water filter and his belly seems super bloated we just changed his tank tonight and I’m just so worried if he’s sick or I’m overfeeding him or if it’s the water cause I change it and it was gross. I’m really worried about my fish :(

I’m sad because my betta fish is not moving and it’s just blowing bubbles and I’m flicking the tank but he’s not responding I just wanted him to live longer and I’m crying so hard 😭

Thanks a lot for sharing this! I followed it by adding salt to the water, applying Kanaplex directly on his body, and feeding him a small amount every two days. After 14 days, my betta got way much better, but then he stopped progressing. On day 20, I decided to add Metroplex. Now it's been 24 days of treatment, he seems fine, eats & poo well but his stomach still bigger than normal, still can’t make a proper turn and still floats at the top, lying on one side. Should I continue this treatment until he fully recovers, or could that lead to an overdose? Thanks!

So do you take him Out of his tank for salt baths? Do you do this every day? I have a 2.5 gal tank so we don’t use full dose of the antibiotic. But seems it would be fine to dose twice a day? But salt water bath in another container?

use epsom salt to help decrease the fluid buildup to reduce swelling, let it swim for a hrs in epsom solution everyday

Hi, i think i might have fed my betta a little bit more of the pea ( my bad) than I intended to and the belly is a little bloated. My little buddy is still active and curious, is swimming around and still acts as if he wants to eat. So should I fast him for the next 1-2 days and is there anything else I can do and what happens thereafter? I usually feed him 4-5 mini pellets twice a day and a pea or bloodworms once a week, this ok or should I cut down? I've had bettas bfore, but it was a really long time ago and I just picked this hobby gain after 3months ago. I unfortunately lost 1 of my babies a few days ago , I'm really sad about so I wanna take care of my other buddy better. Appreciate your advice. Thanks

My betta glass surfs but only when I come up to the tank or if he sees me. If I’m not there or he can’t see me he swims just fine. Idk if I should be concerned lol or that he’s just waiting to be fed like the hungry hippo he is.
