My mom is a psychopath for sure, she just doesn't acknowledge others suffering and I think she knows that, so she overcompensates, gives to charity, became vegan, pretends... and does all manner of things to hide it, but she is a psychopath. I know because she doesn't understand it when others are suffering, like with our pet dog that's getting old and can't walk upstairs but she shouts at the dog like it's deliberately unable to get upstairs and doing it on purpose. I used to be the same myself growing up, but I realized it's because I was raised by psychopaths. I can cry and feel empathy at the slightest thing, like a Simon & Garfunkel song.
