The story behind this one: Sherlock is a drug addict, John has a limp and they're both tired of their lives. When they meet and move in together, Sherlock helps John to "cure" his limp. In return John tries to help Sherlock overcome his addiction. He thinks he's doing well, but Sherlock relapses and John stops him in the last second.
One day John finds Sherlock in the flat, apperently on drugs. He gives up and moves out. His limp comes back and Sherlock goes back to drugs and cigarettes. A few months later John finds himself at Sherlocks grave.
