@ghostiFPS u see most of the downloading happens using tcp not udp so it should have a effect on loading thumbnails amd this kind of stuff

@@ghostiFPShe’s correct what this does is stops your ping from spiking and lowers ping and give you more download speed and then don’t tell me dns doesn’t do anything because it does do something if you have a faulty network using a popular dns will let your games download faster and better with errors it also depends on your ping because of the server

I've always believed Timer Resolution is placebo. The only reason why you see any performance impact is because it literally changes how long a second is to your computer. Of course performance is going to *LOOK* better, but in reality it's exactly the same.

timer resolution definitely makes a difference, as long as you actually tweak it to an amount that gives you the lowest delta
