Is the lead frame considered an electronic shift control unit/mine went out and my warranty company is fighting tooth and nail saying the lead frame is not. Also my warranty covers Any internal lubricated part, the lead frame is an internal part is it not?

I have a’17 f150. Had shifting problems and changed the lead frame. It worked perfect for about a month and now it’s acting up again. I really don’t want to do this again. It sucked.

I am curious the updated lead frame has a hole in the body center which the old one doesn't. what is that hole for? HAve they relocated the filter or dos it do another purpose?

I have a 1992 ranger that has black 20 tooth gear I found a weird 16 tooth gear on eBay and I ordered it I’m gonna try it my speedo cable is very slow turning while driving let me know what you think thanks for your content also does less teeth mean spin faster we need content on this

my PA Valvebody needed some extra work to work good... 1-2 shifts at high rpm was too slow ..got a kit from TransGo and fixed that ..also a good idea is to change the weight in the Govorner Valve ...at full Throttle trans shifts now at 5750 rpm no shuffle nothing ... all shifts now are nice firm and quick ..

What’s the torque and tightening sequence for the lead frame to valve body bolts, valve body to trans bolts and the transmission pan bolts? I have a 2012 F-150 3.5L

does this think just end up failing...Not ONE person,business or media entity has done a follow up and the only comment i have found was from a nice woman who said it has been nothing but a headache with missesd shifts and gear slips

Is the TCM in the Lead Frame or is the TCM built into the Valve Body? My 2013 Ford F150 is an older version and the dealer is telling me my Valve Body and leadframe does not have the TCM? Where do you find the TCM?

Hello, if I replace the valve body and lead frame do I HAVE TO get the solenoid strategy reprogrammed? I’ve had the learned data cleared and it is shifting smoothly, far better than before I replaced it.

I would love to put a better engine in my f150 and trash the 5.4 triton 3 valve.

You are absolutely wrong on the drive gear on fords,my 89 f150 i just changed mine,took all of 20 minutes...and ford has 5 speedometer gears ti choose from with each gear having about a mph diff

is there an adapter available anywhere to adapt a 6r80 to a 7.3 power stroke? I have a 6 speed manual currently but I love the 6r80's and 10r80's in the vans I drive for work. I don't tow much and I think a built a 6r80 would be great behind my 7.3. If someone ever makes a standalone controller for the 10r80 that would be even better.

Stupid kit. Has two gaskets for valve body but the gaskets don't have an A or B on them.

My 6R80 with only 1600 miles on it after a rebuild, flared 300rpm from a 5-6 gear shift. Now, when trying to move forward, it seems like 90% of the line pressure isn't allowing full engagement in D, and the RPM just climbs with very little forward movement. Reverse engages perfectly fine. The car was driving perfect for the first 7 minutes, and then this came out of nowhere. I believe its a solenoid/valve body issue. No codes came up. I am swapping the valve body, bridge and tube seals today.

its like when we are born we are expected to know what a servo is and all about them , all i know is my servo is leaking fluid onto the exhaust and smoking really bad for a while, im sick of that ,

Hello Performance automatic, is it normal that the overdrive is always getting enagaged so quickly? I bought this valve body for my thunderbird super coupe but when it is in Drive the overdrive gets engaged very soon Im from mexico sorry if im miss writing

Just recently changed one out in my 2012 Territory (Aust). The Neutral Switch section wore out. Where the slide travels over magnets to select park, drive etc. It totally confused the computer and refused to start. (thought it was in gear) The vehicle has travelled 225,000 kilometres (135 thousand miles i think) in 10 years. I wasn't impressed with this failure and copped a $2000 bill to get fixed, albeit, the workshop used the latest whizz bang improved parts flown in from The US. This is a diesel vehicle so expecting many more miles from it now.
