Since you're a woman without a clue. That's most likely a faulty blend door actuator. They are quite easy to replace TH-cam your make and model.

Blend door motor for a/c

Probably the blend door motor for your ac based off the sound, they're commonly made with plastic so they tend to be a consistent point of failure on modern cars

Thats a broken door blend thats used to redirect air on the AC unit. 20 bucks if you replace it yourself.
