If the car is warm it will cause the balloon to expand and in turn the vinyl to stretch. then when it comes back into room temperature it will shrink causing the vinyl to lift. If you’re needing to transport and the car is hot I would suggest applying your vinyl when you arrive at your venue, or try and keep your car cooler with the ac on to match the temperature where you’re inflating and the venue for display. Sorry for the late reply! This could be due to your Balloons being a little older and they may have started to break down, could be something in the bottom of your machine causing it to pop or could simply be static electricity which can also cause popping. I always find that once I get one that pops it carries on 😫 very annoying. But honestly most likely that the latex balloons are beginning to degrade. Check with your supplier how old their stock is 🧡🧡

Hi! This is Oracle 651 which is a permanent vinyl, it’s my preferred vinyl BUT you can use removable too, as I sell the balloons in my business I need to ensure that they’re perfect and long lasting and Oracle 651 gives me that every time. Thanks for watching!

Hi! You need to make sure that you have tied your balloon before you release the top dome from the super stuffer, then you wont get any air loss. Hope that helps :)

I’d probably try adding your score lines manually afterwards as I think you may find it hard to line up otherwise, also if it’s scanning but not cutting you might have a glare off your paper so try turning off the lights in your room and see if that helps the machine to work out where it needs to cut. Hi Gemma, honestly it’s difficult to avoid completely as temperature fluctuations can make the balloon expand and contract which in effect shrinks the balloon so that the vinyl will lift or wrinkle, the best ways that I have found to slow it down are to really practice your seals, so make sure your balloon isn’t slowly leaking air or helium, I always use the best vinyl that I can afford, I am currently switching my whole collection over to Oracle 651 as I find this to be amazing on Balloons and lastly apply your vinyl as late as possible to when the balloon is going to be used, it’s also a good idea to let your customer know that the vinyl may lift over time just so that they are prepared for it, you could even show them how to smooth it back down if necessary.
