Cowan is my favorite small town. The earliest settlers arrived in the Cowan area in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Here’s a throwback to Fourth of July past. On a rainy 4th of July, I grabbed my OM-1 and my Mamiya 645 1000s and captured some images from celebrations in Columbia and Franklin. I had a fun time shooting Kodak Gold 200 with my Mamiya 645 1000s at the Sundrop Festival in Pulaski, Tennessee. I did have some disappointments with some missed focus shots. That was on me, the Mamiya performed flawlessly. I am looking forward to shooting more Kodak Gold 200 in the Mamiya this summer.
