As far as I know, Reddick Militaria is also on that area, which sells mostly Third Reich Militaria, but also U.S. items, from WW2 to some Civil War and Revolutionary War items.

You might also round the top edges of the eye before doing this, so the eye of the axe head doesn't start cutting into the wood and making it mushroom as bad. Overall though, great advise for fitting an axe head, regardless of a friction fit or standard fittings.

I Love crazy crow. Never had a bad experience. Once I needed a rattle snake hide to back a bow with, I needed one bigger than was in the catalog. Well the man I talked to on the phone went out and got me a 5 fter. Since that time I've been a dedicated customer. This was back in the 90s. If someone goes to that kind of trouble to help a customer, well that's a place that will keep that customer for a lifetime.thank you crazy crow, your company is awesome.

A LARGE part of the buckskinning gear I've created over the years was made with supplies from Crazy Crow. While there have been "errors" in some of it, they've mostly been my OWN fault. The few(VERY few) times I've had a problem with what I ordered, your customer service dept has been most helpful, and things got handled in a quite timely manner. I frequently take out your catalog and drool over many of the items listed, and I'm always glad to get a NEW catalog, as well as Crow Calls, in the mail

I'm looking at your bowie knives. What are your blade/metal specifics? What kind of steel is used, are they usable for actual outdoor/wood usage, or are they only for reenacting/aesthetics? Many thanks.
