Let’s hope that the local as well as foreign pedestrians can use the sidewalks without being displaced by vendors and illegal cars, parking on and across the sidewalks. Forcing pedestrians to walk among the traffic, competing with cars, motorbikes, trucs and tuctuc etc. Cars etc. should be packed on the roads along the sidewalks, not on the sidewalks. So that the tall buildings will look more elegant and more interesting. That is what the sidewalks are normally used in developed countries, to walk.

Before opening the airport, Hun Sen should take action against Cambodians who come to beg illegally in Thailand. before causing problems throughout the country The police arrested him and sent him back to the country, but he was smuggled back in again.

I’m just wondering who built this? Chinese? Japan 🇯🇵? Korean? BECAUSE, Cambodian doesn’t have the funds/ resources/ money to build this sort of thing. Unless it’s being supported by Chinese, or Japanese or Korean.

Is this catering to just the rich people? What about the poor Cambodian? Who never set a foot- set inside the Airport? I know that Cambodia makes their profits from the tourist….

I’m Cambodian. I first visited Cambodia in 2021, people that work there miss treated me as I’m not Cambodian. I speak Khmer just that my American passport say I was born in Thailand. They took my passport for over 1 hr until I have to pay them money to get my passport back. I went thru the door there’s like 3 police guys begging for money. This how my people are, I never went back to cambodia after I got treated bad.

The Siam Reap airport is new but it's already dirty.

They need to build better roads and proper traffic lights. Also require food vendor to learn how to handle food. Many people should not eat street food.
