    For the second phases of construction, I would recommend them to build a concourse (island or branch from the terminal), like the Suvarnabhumi Airport, which has a concourse situated in the heart of the airport. The two 4000 meter runways would be capable of having air routes like SFO - KTI, and LHR - KTI.
