Has the oil "tank" capacity been increased, and the frame filler moved forward?
Yes
@@chrisrobinson8980 any internal mods to the frame? I believe the factory originally intended to have the oil filler behind the headstock but reduced capacity because of oil frothing.
I had 1968 in British Racing Green .Amazing bike.It was a rocket!
Gorgeous bike! 😁😁😁😁💖💖
Thanks
Did a good job
Get your speedometer console changed under warranty.. it's defective...water shouldn't seep in like that
She's a Beaut!
Thanks. The bike gets better the more miles you put on it.
After videoing two italian bikes he walks straight past a lovely looking Ariel Square Four Special to view some nondescript japanese bikes. Do you no what it was pillock.
Thank you for your kind words and constructive criticism. 😮 Hope you liked the video!
It's his video. Do your own and pick out the bikes you like.
This bike does not have kick
This bike 🏍 👌 looks really awesome
founders day - i had no idea anything had been lost. anywho: well played
I want one
Each bike has its own “combination” (think lock) for getting the kicked/ticked over. That’s been my observation. Note to self: Is the petcock petrol/ ⛽️ gas in the On position? 😅
This looks simple but this is an art .
I want one.
They are good bikes as long as you are realistic about the performance. Mine performs impeccably but does struggle in headwinds and up hills
@@chrisrobinson8980 Good to know! in America I usually have to take a highway to get to the scenic roads, where a 350 putt putt is what I'm looking for. American roads pretty much demand 'big enough to not be buffeted off the road at 75mph'. Lots of long, straight, 60-70mph highways between the scenic areas. I love the design and the character. With all the mods, the bike is a hobby unto itself.
Magnificent
nice
Thanks
Beautiful bike!
Thanks

I thought 🤔 Marlon Brando rode a Matchless in the movie?
No, he rode a Triumph Thunderbird
I love my Triumph Tr-6 with a hard tail and magneto for 40 years now. With a sprung solo seat it's amazingly comfortable.
My only problem is trying to keep the oil in the primary chaincase
@@chrisrobinson8980 Never had that problem. Maybe use 2 gaskets?+ Some Permatex?
I just replaced my primary case drain plug washer and no more leak. I've got a scruffy 1951 Thunderbird 650 that was/still is painted like yours. Black frame, forks and headlight nacelle but the rest of the sheetmetal is blue. Most guys say they were all blue or all black. What do you say? 🤔 I rebuilt motor and gearbox but keeping paint the way it is. Thank for sharing.
Here in the UK all rigid frame T'birds were finished in blue all over. Some US models were finished in all black as the blue was not popular. A previous owner of my bike changed the colour scheme to T100 spec many years ago. It would be a crime to re paint back to original finish.
It looks like a vintage motorbike with nowadays' technology. Top-notch bike.
Spot on
Ys thets we all needed😂
the quality is far from being top notch though
Georgeous looking bike Where did you get those pipes from?
They are the original exhausts and silencers that I had chrome plated. They were originally painted Matt black
A pity that there weren't more less prestigious models, like Sebring, 160 Monza Juniors etc. 🤔👍
The reason why is that our Ducati display was a representation of the model’s available in 1974 in celebration of the Ducati owners club fiftieth anniversary 👌
"Beautiful Motorcycle"
Thank you
OMG what an incredible display. Well done!!
Deader than dead, through greedy gate prices and caterers. Give it another 3 years, (if you are lucky) and it will vanish just like the Great Dorset Steam Fair did.
Great work. That is an absolute beauty!
Thanks
True, but I love Harley’s as well and we don’t get to see many old ones here in the UK and drool over them.
What's More Fun Than Looking At Bikes You've Owned, Ridden Or Wanted!?! You Guys Are So Lucky! You Have Bike Shows That Aren't Just About Harleys. Thank You.
Had the same model now for two years . Twice the Soul and Character of the Kawasaki 900 I had before. Pure joy to ride . And yes you can tour no problem . Just at a less frantic pace which I love
Hi there i work for MISUk ltd Thank you for showing our stand in such detail, we are based in Newark and if you wish to see more bikes like you saw on our stand please feel free to visit our showroom unit 4 Brunel drive Newark, your more than welcome. 👍
Thinking about going tomorrow, what are the roads/car park like Thanks
No problem there. There are no floods and the grassed car park is firm and not churned up
Roads and car park are fine.
Thank you , great EVO - Looks Like a 60's Panhead 😍👍👍👍 merry x-mas Bro.
💙💙💙👍👍👍💙💙💙
Thank you. Have a Merry Christmas 🎄
It appears to be a civilian model- no sump guard and other little features and maybe it had a sidecar if it does not have a stand.
Lovely motorbike! Thinking of getting the same one. Any regrets? Still enjoying it?
No regrets as such. You have to adjust your expectations when riding. I live in a hilly area and the bike does struggle to get up some of the hills into a headwind. I have nearly 3000 miles on the clock now and the engine has loosened up now so it is running at its best. The bike does everything perfectly and looks great.
@@chrisrobinson8980 Thanks for your reply, I'm going to order it on Monday.👍
@@mr2bmw Good luck. Let me know what you think.
@@chrisrobinson8980 Hi, just ordered it today, arriving next week...can't wait. Chrome Red is an amazing colour.
Beautiful bike!! I have one!
The idle is too fast😊
Brand spanking new! Lovely!😁😁
It’s a terrible quality video with the sun flashing through the trees. Bought it in March this year and done over 2800 miles now. Love your videos. You have a great selection of Enfield.
@@chrisrobinson8980 Thanks Chris, looks like you have had or got a fine selection yourself!😁😁
@@Volcanicbrown1878 Yes, still got them all except the Triumph Street Scrambler. The Classic 350 replaced that
@@chrisrobinson8980 Wow!!
I dare you to make a video like that starting a Velocette.
If you don’t get the procedure 100% correct then it will not start as easy as this.
it didnt come with rear suspension in that year? I had one with suspension, was modified ?
I think you could get both options
what a good start, most of everything is there already. i will enjoy watching how you fare. a friend of mine had one of these and it was as dependable as could be. i hope that you have a great deal of fun and laughter as you progress !!
Demob black paint. Just ride it
ES UN BSA INGLES
What shocks are those? They’re perfect
They are the standard shocks with the covers fitted, bought from V-Twin
How did you attach the number plates?
