Livestock/Horse Trailer Floor Replacement | Part 1
มุมมอง 41วันที่ผ่านมา
It's time to replace the flooring in my livestock trailer. It's the slower season for events, but spring gets really busy and I don't want to wait another year to fix this.

How To Mount An Air Compressor Hose Reel!
มุมมอง 13621 วันที่ผ่านมา
I purchased this hose reel a few years ago during a black Friday deal and it's just been sitting around. I tested it and it's still good, so I decided to finally install it! I chose a location near the front of my shop. It allows me to reach to and beyond the rear of my shop and then also out into my driveway and into my garage. It should definitely come in handy, considering all of the vehicle...
Adding Anchor Points To My Utility Trailer 👍
มุมมอง 3021 วันที่ผ่านมา
I was tired of using ratchet straps on my utility trailer and having to find a spot to anchor them where they wouldn't slide, slip or come undone, so I decided to add permanent anchor points. I purchased Husky brand anchor points from the orange big box store. They were about $10 and came in a pack of 4. Working load is rated for 600lbs, which should be sufficient for my use.
Swapping Out The Wheels On My Wheelbarrow

I swapped out the constantly-flat tires on my wheelbarrow for some hard rubber wheels. They're a little bit smaller, but they'll get the job done.

What gauge nailer did you use?
Just 1 1/2 brad nails.
Really good and helpful. Thank you!

My water heater has power, but the upper and lower light indicators are off, and the copper pipe (likely the hot water outlet pipe) is hot. My water is not hot enough, just Luke warm
Water at all faucets or just in a specific place?
@@BevanFarmTexas all faucets. thanks
@@MeditationmusicPhoenix You should incrementally raise the temperature on the water heater thermostat and see if you notice a difference.
@@BevanFarmTexas thank you!
So i have a wine cooler that i came home too that had leaked water a over the floor in addition, it had stoppped cooling. Is that the same problem?
@@bingoplayer well, it would leak water from condensation if it stopped cooling.
Hello hope this finds you well. I just purchased mine. I know you said you'll do an update in a month or so. I just want to know how is it performing so far.
No update yet. We started our seeds about two weeks ago and they're almost ready to be put in the hydroponic system. I'll definitely post a video with an update!
@BevanFarmTexas thanks so much looking forward to it..
Anyone know how to take the little fan off the mount after removing the large metal panel at the bottom?
I don't recall seeing a fan. It's been a while since I did this. I would assume the fan has something through the middle of it, either mounting it to something, or attached to the mount.
Upper thermostat should be set 5 to 10 degrees higher than lower thermostat. This was recommended to me by AI. Is anyone know if it is right set?
Thank you for your comprehensive coverage on how to adjust the thermostat on a home water heater. I especially appreciate you showing how to cut power before making any adjustments. Very helpful!

Hi love this build. Wondering what tools you used? Inspired to make a shed for my backyard!
Just basic hand tools! You can do it!
Thanks
This is all i had to do my mom has been asking my stepdad for like 2 weeks to turn it up i was trying to wash my hair and the water got too cool it pissed me off 😭 i jumped out read the manual followed the instructions and came here to make sure i didn’t screw up 😂 thank you i did it right
Awesome! Don't wait for someone else to do something. Do it yourself!
Thanks dude. Saved me some minutes reading the manual to figure it out. 😂 First time having an electric one myself.
Glad to hear it helped!

My sound isn't working for me. Did you have to do anything special? I see in your comment reply below the sound is working - but I got nothing. Thanks!
Check the RCA cables, verify the radio is set to RSE and also make sure the volume is turned up enough!
It would be pretty if you hung the rod above the arch and used extra long panels. It would definitely draw the eye up to highlight the nice high ceiling.
@@daisykay23 that would be nice!
What type of nailgun is it? Is it a framing nailgun? Or brad nailer?

Nice! You’re going to love it. I just finished remodeling ours. Bought it September 2023 and needed to have it ready by October-December. Had water damage in both master bedroom corners. So was able to rip out and redo that just to get it to a habitable condition. Work was my biggest debilitating factor in getting it done. But I did work on it from time to time. Anyhow it’s done now total night and day difference. Also, I like your red graphics! I need to do something like that to mine. My concern was the inside not so much outside. I hope all is going well with your renovation!

UNSAFE !! Please remove clip from TH-cam. No supporting jacks !! and you had your head under the easily tipped golf cart resting just on a hydraulic jack. At least put your wheels under the frame so if jack fails or you forgot to tighten completely, then you might not get seriously injured. Be Safe and set a proper example for DIY Rookies watching. My arch shade kept falling out of the window into the room. Did the edge of the shade touch the inside of the window shade or did you cut it say 1/4 or more short so it wouldn't touch?
It is supposed to fit snugly into the space so that it's held in place.

So I just replaced my 2014 50g electric Rheem, with the same exact updated model… the big yellow efficiency sticker says $489/year, which is almost $120 less than the same sticker on the old unit… putting the actual price paid for electricity aside, I’m assuming that estimated low number is for the factory setting right? The new one has both top and bottom set to 100 degrees, the old water heater would scald you at full hot(i just bought this house last year) which sucked, but I’m thinking 100 is not enough… anyways, is there any formula to calculate the increased power consumption from 100 to say 125? I live in California where power is outrageously expensive right now so every kWh I can save helps…
Great video! Straight to the point. Thank you.
@@billyblake4291 glad it was helpful 👍
If i want to set it to vacation mode, do i turn the dial counterclockwise? Going away for a week.
Just shut off the breaker to the water heater. When you come back, switch the breaker on. Wait 30 minutes.
Will the gage automatically go to sleep or take power constantly?
Always monitoring. LED light barely takes any power, so it can sit for a long time and not really drain the battery at all.
What size is the stock Club Car steering wheel? I’m looking to replace mine and can’t decide between ordering a 12.5” or 13.5”. Any suggestions?
I’d take the egg turner out next time. Nice job though.
How were you able to use Peco and Chep pallets 🤔
Saws and screws.....

You should read more than 48v if the batteries are healthy. A 48v reading indicates they’re at 50% charge.
Saved me some work, you did. Exactly like yours.
He nodded his little head 😍
Hi good luck! You need to be sure to keep it warm. Holding it is a good start, blowing warm breath on it helps too. To get it to eat you may also try, while you're feeding it, rubbing your finger down it's chest (that can encourage it to swallow). Don't do it roughly, you want to apply about the same pressure as a cat's lick. Also be sure to wake up regularly throughout the night to feed it just like you would with a new born. Actually a good way to keep it warm through the night could be a hot water bottle with a cozy on it. Again, good luck! You might want to frequently try reintroducing it to the mother too. She may take it back once she sees it getting healthier. It may seem cruel, but often when an animal won't care for it's young usually for one of several reasons: it has too many young to care for, it's enclosure is too small for the amount of young it has (if it's an often caged pet, it may be neglecting it's young because it fears they'll be competition for space and resources), it shows some sign of disability or weakness that makes the mother think it won't survive well (this is what I'm guessing is the case here), and sometimes (like some humans) they're just not made for parenting. Make sure you supervise them together though as the mother may decide to eat it. Oh, another reason they don't always feed their young is if humans they don't fully know or trust have been touching them. I'm assuming that's not the case here, but this is why it's best to not touch young animals outside of these dire situations. Another tactic you can try for getting the mother to feed the bunnies equally is to time out their feedings (assuming she does trust you enough to touch her bunnies and then still feed them... and just in case you should also try this with gloves on so you don't get your scent on them, so the mother still recognises them). So basically watch which ones have been fed and for how long, after a set amount of minutes, pull the well fed ones back and move the unfed ones onto a teat. Oh and it may be rejecting the goats milk as it smells like goat. You may want to try formula instead. You can get kitten formula at the pet store (possible rabbit formula online... ours used to take to kitten formula though). Goats are far too large of animals, they have much different nutritional needs from a rabbit, so the milk could make the bunnies sick. You might try cutting it with water if that's the only thing you have access to.
thats about as helpful as herpes
You would know, I take it?
