Hi Dear, have you optimized your videos to increase your views?
Is MCAT required?
Yes
MCAT or GRE
I don’t think so since it’s not medical school
@adeleisnamedafterme do you watch king of reads?
@@adeleisnamedaftermeWrong answer you have to take one.
Question...what are your thoughts ( and your colleagues') on the job outlook/ saturation of AA say in the next 5 years? It seems like it's starting to pick up and becoming more competitive, too....
From another youtuber, CAA were created to give more accessibility to the area at a shorter term in school where as a actual anesthesiologist degree is going to a doctors degree soon, itll make AA more accepted in the field as money wont go that far(not saying they cant but most just become AA and be content). I also saw on a recent job posting that one place was offering 40 days of pto to start and $50k sign on bonus. So the supply over demabd is very small still and in the next 5 years, as it takes 6-7 years to become a CAA starting from the bottom, should still have ample availability for job placement.
As many wont go* not money my bad
So the thing is I don't know AA but CRNA they are looking for people but yeah the problem is you can see gasworks and how many jobs of CRNA compared to CAA even in an approved state for CAA's
@@MrLuffy9131 So how many jobs of CRNA compared to CAA even in an approved state for CAA's?
@@Nicola.M7 a lot more for CRNAs than CAAs because CRNA's can work independently but CAAs I think are tied with a doctor so one doctor may watch over 4 CAAs (not sure).
great information

Thank you, Dean Gerson! We appreciate you too!
Forgive me. I am told that I must have a total hip rep`ment on the grounds of an existing end stage avascular osteonecropathy. So I looked it up and I am telling you this : It`s nowhere near as amusing as it sounds !

After 6 years of school and 60-100k in debt. Honestly not half bad of a career choice and the schedule flexibility is amazing
@@rivalstorm120 It's like though risky CRNA is insane and sometimes like $400,000+ but of course you are probably in charge of your own cases
It is not a good school even though it has a good name, trust me they are proud hard to deal with.
Good Video... Its the institutions and family values that causes hate and lost wealth...You have to be brought up that way...Ethics... Americas foundation is Lies, Slavery and Stolen wealth...Can't Change That... Reperations and a new Structure is needed...period...There no way around it...
Am trained cert in Anaesthetic assistant...can I advance to cAA

Wowzers
I am from Sudan, how can I get a job
You probably cannot. You have to be accepted into a certified anesthesiologist assistant MS program in the USA, which most likely will require prerequisite classes taken at an undergraduate university in the US or Canada. You would also need to have enough funds to cover tuition and cost of living for the entire period of your education (potentially six years). Tuition for CAA programs is about $60,000 per year for two years, and living expenses will be $25,000 to $40,000 a year, depending on where you live and your lifestyle choices, so you are looking at $200,000 for the MS program alone. You cannot get a loan from the government or a bank in the US, unless you have a US citizen with excellent credit rating co-signing for you. If you do manage to do all that, you would still need to get a work visa. Very few hospitals or anesthesia employers will sponsor employees (other than Canadians, who can get a TN visa easily). Even if you manage to emigrate by other means (e.g. marrying an American citizen), you would still have all the educational and financial hurdles to clear. The only difference will be the ease of getting student loans.
@Tatum McKenzie you apply to CASAA and then the anesthesiologist assistant programs reach out and interview you to decide whether or not you’re a good fit for their program. Keep in mind these programs each have their own prerequisites
@@mirzaahmed6589 what would it be like for a british AA? and could you please also tell me where I could obtain more information? Thanks!
