These two are at the nest some, but I don’t feel like they’ve done much with it. I wonder if they built another nest close by.

I did see that when I checked the nest in real time and at first thought it was a subadult Eagle then I now realize it was a young Hawk. I knew there was an Eagle that was gonna come to get rid it and sure enough it did too but then o heard a lot of squawking and I was concerned that the young Hawk got hurt by the Eagle and so I left the cam before I knew if anything happened after that. WOW! Quite interesting but, with the sun it was kinda hard to watch a lot of it (not your fault) however, I was heating a lot of rustling in the brush or trees and was wondering if it was an Eagle and Hawk fighting or was it maybe some kind of animal trying to get out of the trees? I see the one Eagle perched on a limb to my left but the other was not in view but they sure were talking to each other. God bless the Eagles and also the Hawk who shouldn’t be anywhere near the Eagles nest. That’s what they’re gonna get if they do something like that. God bless. Sue M. Yes, this is so very emotional to see. I once rescued a Red tail hawk that was in the middle of a NJ highway and took her to rescue. It took 5 months for her rehab, as she had two bee bee gun pellets in her one leg, so she could not capture live prey. I was invited to her release, and this just brings me back with tears in my eyes. Thank you for saving another beautiful creature!!! 🦅

Reason this Eagle was calm was 1) it's in shock from being hit by Car(blood on beak from internal damage)--probably while scavanging Roadkill. If it could, it would fly away. hope to hear if it survives(d). Thank you for gathering it up and taking it to a Rescue center !

Always a treat to see sub adult bald eagles, on their way to getting their white heads and tails. They are beautiful all along the way! Love this special uniqueness of the bald eagle.

It’s nice to see a young adult Eagle coming to an empty nest. I’m still hoping it would be an offspring of Rosa and Martin.🥰🦅❤️ But then again, could just be a young Eagle who doesn’t have a nest of their own and found this one. Whoever it is, I hope maybe this young Eagle settles here cause this nest has been vacant for awhile. 🥰🙏🦅❌⭕️
