@@ninjaturtle365 hi, i think you could do a corner to corner and have blocks of colour, or work normal DC or SC and change colour every 4 stitches to make squares, something like tapestry crochet. Hope this helps☺️

Thank you so much! ☺️ The size of my kindle is 11cm wide and 16cm length not sure what type it is as I’ve had it for a long time. You can measure your kindle or tablet and adjust the foundation chain to the number chains the pattern will need. Hope this helps!

@@maggiefreeman8419 Hi Maggie❤️ that is great, please make sure to add 1 or 2 rows to make it a bit longer than what I did in the tutorial, it will fit much better. It also depends on the size you need but you can add more foundation chains and more rows, just make sure you finish with a SC row. 😊

@@CamBrieCorey yes, you work the decrease through 3 stitches and then continue repeating the pattern, for example: SC 2, inv decrease - this would be a sequence of stitches to work until the end of that round.

Hi, I have come with a reply now as I might thing you’d like to make this before this Christmas 😅. I haven’t had time to create another one like it as I have ran out of plush yarn. I would say adding 5 more rows of increases in red and then finish the white border and it should be large enough for a big tree. I hope this helps! 😊

How do you stitch the bottom closed?? Won't the kindle just fall through if you leave it open like this??

@ Hi, usually I sew something on the front and it makes it easier if I leave bottom open. After that I turn the sleeve inside out and Single Crochet bottom sides together. You can check out my previous kindle sleeves.😊

Thank you so much! Depending on the length of the blanket you will need between 6-9 skeins of DK yarn, working with a 3.5 mm hook. I haven’t really made a blanket with this stitch yet, but now that you asked the question, I might try to make one😁

@@cindycampbell4994 I did a bit of research now and read that 6-9 might be enough for a lap blanket, so you’ll need much more for a big blanket. Sorry, I don’t have experience with big projects.😁
