Hello brother, I have an RZ 3000 Fly with a 2000W motor. I have a blue and white speedometer, but I don’t like it, it looks like a toy. I bought another speedometer in a different color, but when I put it on and accelerate, it doesn't show the miles. Also, my bike shows miles, but I want to see kilometers. They suggest I buy the Far Drive ND 72300, which would allow me to see the mileage on the speedometer, but others say that it could damage my motor in the long run.

I have a 23 CRF300L ABS model on my channel and I’m really thinking of selling to get one of these. Just sucks I’ll be sacrificing my dash and abs for more power and better suspension lol. Wait... you said no slack on the chain? Correct me if I'm wrong, because I don't know these bikes in specific, but I don't know any bike that doesn't have slack in the chain (about 1 inch of slack in the middle of the chain is usual). If the chain is completely tensed up, when you put load on the bike (our and bike's bodyweight), the chain will tighten even more and the strain put on the motor's bearings is very high, eventually breaking them...

What front and back sprockets are you running..?

How can i find out the pole pairs on my motors. I have a cyclone 3000w mid-drive motor and a hub motor that came with a prefab Chinese ebike?

The popping can be a good sound and tells you everything is ready to go when you tap it, small popping is way better than just one loud one.

not an isolated issue. happens even on hub motors. even bnew hub and controller. I know a few guys who have this issue with various fardriver models as well.

what is your C rating on your battery and how many ah?

I have the same bike and fardriver I've been running 80ah continuous discharge on it and don't feel anything though when I changed it to a lower ah discharge I got stuck on the same point you are. Also I have a 3 speed switch and in 3rd gear I wouldn't be able to accelerate past the kink in the motor so I use second gear as my main and turned the power for it all the way up. Im not sure why this is but it has been working great for me.

What’s your PIDs at the bottom left and right hand side. Kl and KP numbers.

how long is the battery life on a 24v bike

I’m more of a rookie to the electric world but I do have experience w gas bikes and usually, these types of vibrations are to do with axles, swing arm and most importantly the position of those two. You may have out of true tires or even the swing arm may be kicked to the left or right a little

I noticed your motor looks just like mine, I put in 5 pole pairs like you did in your first video and I had problems, but when I changed it to 3 pole pairs it's good now, pole pairs is magnets on the rotor divided by 2

Parts bike is always a great way to go.... hopefully it solves a lot of the issues you experienced in the previous set up

I'm no professional but I would test it on a different motor or a different controller, there might be a defect with the sensor system, if it happens at a specific speed/ frequency it could be noise in the signal, an oscilloscope would probably be the best tool to diagnose my theory

Japanese small licenses is up to 399cc. Suzuki still thinks of us in japan when making bikes. Your honda 450 isnt even sold here
