👋🏼, I am Sajan. I share my thoughts here and on my blog sajanacharya.com. After my MBBS at PAHS, punctuated by two years of USMLE preparation, my medical journey continued for three more years in internal medicine residency at NYMC/Metropolitan. I sometimes try to recollect excerpts of my experiences here. I currently work as a hospitalist and an APD at Woodhull Hospital, Internal Medicine program. The learning curve is vertical at this point. Among my rapidly changing interests, medical education, writing, and philosophy withstood the test of time. These are also some topics I will try to dabble with in my blog sajanacharya.com
Here I generally try to post videos related to productivity, books, internal medicine, residency, USMLE, and medical school.

Thinking on Camera: Nexus by Yuval Noah Harari.
มุมมอง 612 หลายเดือนก่อน
I read Yuval Noah Harari's Nexus. Here are my thoughts, unfiltered. I sat down, after finishing the book and blurted out everything I could think of. Then, I edited out the parts where I did not make any sense. Disclaimer: This does not do any justice to the book. The book is awesome. This is just me trying to learn to think and speak in front of a camera.

Anchor sounds like my name
Work is said to be done when an object move from one place yo another by applying force, so going to bathroom is an exercise. Haha Dose dependent mindfulness is true i saw in some buddhism related papers.
Sir please tell me is doing uworld directly good or should I go with first-aid first
Hey Kaveti Akhil, thanks for watching the video. I think it depends on your overall strengths. If you have been a notetaker all your life, you'd certainly not feel very comfortable studying without taking notes. If you absolutely must take notes then I think making FA your note and annotating it with explanations that help you understand the concepts that are already present in the book will help. Having said that, if I had to do it again; I'd use Uworld and make Anki cards.
Woohooo.... When i see thumbnail... Good going homie 🤘

If we meet along the way anytime, I'll go back and say, hey! I am your first viewer. Haha.
Hi Sandhya, thank you so much for watching. I wish you all the best for your exams. I have updated my contact info in the description.
