I had terrible panic attacks after my mom died. They would come out of nowhere for no apparent reason. I ended up having to be prescribed medication for them. Take care of yourself. Just take it a second at a time, a minute at a time. Allow yourself the time to grieve. Sending good thoughts. ❤

Louise I just wanted to let you know that Rachel and I have sent you a sympathy card and a Christmas card in the mail. We mailed it today on Wednesday the 27th. Hi Louise. Hugs first. I didnt know your dad, but from the photo of him you showed, he looked like a strong man. He would want you to carry on and go about your life. He knows you have your hands full with your children. Celebrate him, your memories of him. No it's not fair to watch others with their families. Just be strong for your kids. ❤ Grieve him, then he will remain in your heart going forward. Hope that makes sense.

You are never alone. Especially in grief.

Grief is a process, and you face it one day at a time, sweetie. You faced it with your uncle as well. Time is what helps you to heal. And it may seem like forever, but with time and prayer, you'll get through this. Life is hard without him, but he fulfilled his purpose here on Earth, and God called him home. It's been years since I lost first my father, then my mother, and then my brother. But they're always with me in spirit. Please do not feel embarrassed to grieve and cry. You need to work through your grief in your own time. I am here to listen and try to comfort you any time. Love you.❤🙏❤🙏❤
